This is not a fancy hotel but it is clean and is a wonderful location. For the money, it’s a good deal. Note that the rooms are on the second and third floors and there is not an elevator.

It was a great location, big and comfortable for our big family.. they also offered air mattress if needed 🙏🏻 provided coffee with fixings. Great host and made clear available if we needed anything. Very welcoming!
Not a tourist stop in early May. The best WiFi was at the A&W. Difficult to find laundromat. I was unable to do my laundry there, took it to Skagway, AK. They have a really great Visitor's Center. Very helpful people in the Visitor's center. Just not much to do when historical or famous places are closed.

The McBride Museum is worth a visit.
The McBride Museum is worth a visit. Very interesting displays about the history of the Yukon. Be sure to have lots of time to take it all in.
Downtown is delightful, with a lovely plaza and sitting area along the river. Lots of nice little restaurants to suit every palate and budget too.
Miles Canyon is a few minutes south of town and worth a visit as well. Take a short or long hike there. It's beautiful!
Other places I've visited that are worth visiting: Yukon Wildlife Preserve, Eclipse Spa and Hotspring (book online and it's cheaper), Yukon Beringia Centre, Yukon Transportation Museum.
If you fly to Whitehorse, try to book on Air North. It's much better than Westjet and Air Canada, and they actually give you a meal with a WARM chocolate chip cookie!

Staff on reception were helpful

Room was satisfactory but bathroom was not cleaned daily and beds were only made once on a 3 day visit
As there is a limited choice of hotels in Whitehorse I feel they are complacent

Amazing views, friendly people, and also a good place for people who love the outdoors. Fishing, hiking, camping during the spring and summer seasons. Very short days during the winters, and sometimes gets very cold.

Listen, if Booking.com will not stand up for its customers...
Listen, if Booking.com will not stand up for its customers then they will not last very long. This place was horrible! Yet they are making us pay for it anyway when we could not even stay in the building! This is unacceptable!
Downtown Whitehorse Apartments were exactly what we had hoped for!
Walking distance to the main street and the supermarket, private without being too out of the way, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, cosy and warm with beautiful views.
Maps provided were very helpful and our host was very helpful when my flights were changed and I had some questions about how far the apartment is from the airport, best mode of transport, etc.
Highly recommend!
It was clean and comfortable, giving me the feeling of being right at home! I've stayed at various condominiums before, but this was the first time I encountered a place that was so immaculate and well-maintained. The interior was modern and had a soothing, toned-down atmosphere, allowing me to truly relax. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Whitehorse.
This is an extremely clean and quiet place like your home. Full-size kitchen and free washer and dryer. Fastest internet and two living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Cheaper than downtown motels but way better quality. I highly recommend this place. I like to stay again here.
The location was quite good in that it was easy walking to wheverer you needed to go downtown, but not so good because of the rowdy revellers who enjoy the pub next door, who were sometimes noisy when leaving. The adjacent restaurant was very good. Tiramisu to die for.
Marcel made coffee every morning and provided milk, and offered information about Whitehorse and rides to town when he was going there. The location was quiet and the walk into town was lovely. I enjoyed using the back yard and the ripe raspberries there in August.
Restaurant was closed when I landed in Whitehorse
Free breakfast could be an asset
Very convenient hotel for late night landing (right next to the airport)
The room was clean and the staff very helpful.
Overall a good experience, only stayed one night.
welcoming staff and the big bed
He is so nice! Even if we went back to the hotel midnight(it was like 2:30!) after aurora watching tour and called him to ask opening the door.
The location is also great.
The bed was very comfortable. The owners were helpful and kind. There is a kitchen if you wish to self cater and a large supermarket nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk into the center of Whitehorse.
good location, walk to "downtown" easily possible, even with snow and ice.
The door signs and room names are cute, the decoration depends on individual taste but fits the theme
Location is great, close to downtown. We had 6 adults and there was room for everyone. Big living room and bedrooms. We packed for a canoe trip so it was great to spread out.
