I have spent like an hour to search for the right property, and after went to the location, they said the booking.com as given very low price for them, and they have to give me another room but not same property where are already booked.
one guy came, and he picked me and went to another location And again he asked me for ₹500 extra which I was agreed to pay and paid to the room from the different location, but they were not providing any of the service like what it supposed to be provided as the regular management service.
And sent it was too late. I have decided just to take the sleep and leave has it’s not worth to continue find another place to stay.

Overall stay was good but unfortunately the spa facilites were non operational. Opt for Deluxe room as it is far better than the standard room, that would be our next choice. Proximity to the beach makes it the prime reason to call one back. Excellent property for sea lovers. Sumptious breakfast.

The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.Khurana - 10Scored 10

lovely village. not so touristy or crowded as the rest of Goa is becoming :( A cafe on the road to the beach Dinahs Cafe is a must visit. Excellent value for money and the owners Mary n Pascal are personally attentive to all the customers and also in the kitchen. PLENTY OF BEACH SHACKS CLOSE TO THE HOTEL SERVING TASTY DISHES. FAIRLY EASY TO GET AROUND BENAULIM. RICKSHAWS AND TAXIS ALWAYS AVAILABLE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. AVOID GETTING TOO CLOSE TO THE NUMEROUS DOGS.

Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R. Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place. Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night. Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling. Favourite places to eat for us were Savios , Roof Top and Johnncys, all turning out great food .

We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days...
We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect. We were told by those who had stayed in North Goa and then stayed in South Goa would now only stay in South Goa going forward as the beaches were quieter.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk serving a variety of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Italian, continental. The price of eating out with a drink is about a quarter of UK prices. Beer about £1.50, Run £2.20 for .75Lrt bottle. Several supermarkets and Wine Shops to get food & drink to consume in the apartment. Tuk Tuk ride to the beach about £1,10. Hotel staff was very friendly and the owner Lucio was very helpful and suggested us some good restaurants and nearby places. Ample amount of space for parking and it has a gated compound so no worries if you are coming in your own vehicle. Breakfast was amazing. It's located very near to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning for Benaulim, its value for money.

That was very kind of him to check on us the previous day and made arrangements accordingly. They had a very good menu. Reasonable rates. they arranged bikes for us. Recommended spots and transportation. Very friendly staffs. I would definitely visit the place again. Such a calm place with amazing view. 5/5. completely different from north Goa.

When asked about the reservation the owner kept yelling at me about how booking.com confirmation does not guarantee a reservation. The worst experience I had in Goa. We had to pay 1000 rs and choose the guest house as we had no other options to stay the night. I would not recommend this place.

It's an old bunglow with Goan features, had nice plants and the surrounding area has similar accommodation. There is a good restaurant just next to the homestay and it is good. The room had everything we needed, was very clean, the location is great- walking distance to Benaulim beach. Our host Jasmine was very sweet and helpful, she helped us with the transport too.
