The staff was unconcerned and surely not eager to help with any concern.
Then, on the checkout morning, there was a knock on the door telling us we were supposed to leave that morning. Hours before check out time.

Great location, staff was great, very comfortable.
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.
Pigeon Forge is a wonderful place to visit. I love the dinner shows and Dollywood. They had numerous different attractions to visit. We go there at least once every couple of years I have just about anything you want to do from riding the coasters to dinner. Theaters shows museums.

Amazing! Such a beautiful place, everything was nearby.
Amazing! Such a beautiful place, everything was nearby. I wish we could have stayed for longer. We were only there for 4 days. Tons of places to go and things to do with the kids/family, so, better save up if you want to do a lot.

Pigeon forge and surrounding towns kinda all run together.
Pigeon forge and surrounding towns kinda all run together. Numerous adventures await from thrift shops to outlet shopping. Local dining to chain restaurants. Hotels everywhere. Cabins winding up mountains. Resorts. Dollywood is a must at least once. We had issues with our hotel. Traffic is usually stop & go, holidays it's a long long time to move even a block! From now on we'll stay further out of town. If you stay right off main drag there's a lot that's walkable . Cades Cove is close by. Chances to see lots of wildlife, beautiful landscape with some historical sights

Terrible! Gross floors. Broken door handle. Cockroaches!
Terrible! Gross floors. Broken door handle. Cockroaches! Dirty towels and sheets. Staff was MIA. Breakfast was a few granola bars and juice! Absolutely ruined our trip! Couldn’t even walk around without socks on or your feet would be completely sticky and black! Roaches in the bathroom. One towel in the room that had black stuff all over it. The indoor pool had some texture like stuff floating on top of the water… gross!!! People appear to be living there also! Staff was so unsure on everything asked! It was a complete waste of money and took so much joy away from my children while staying there!
Upon arriving, we were greeted by Keith, who was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. That is something I definitely notice when I walk into a hotel. A smile and a friendly hello makes all the difference and Keith showed that!
Room and bed was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Perfect temperature of water! Loved how the pool was open 24 hours, unlike other hotels that close by 10, cause after a fun filled day, it was nice to go for a swim and sit in the hot tub before heading to bed 😊
Really great location. It was located right on the main road in Pigeon Forge, making it within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and Patriot Park where you can take the transit bus to Dollywood.
Staff was friendly, albeit absent when we went to check in.
The room was decent enough. I liked that they assign parking spaces right by the rooms, so we didn’t have to worry about parking or walking too far to our car.
They allowed early check in and slightly later check out and let us hang about until our transfer to Nashville. The staff were just so lovely and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend and if I'm ever back this way, I'll definitely book another visit. During my two week stay in America Ive been in several hotels, this topped them all!
Rooms are very affordable. Great location. Rooms were very clean. Loved the balcony where you could go out and watch the ducks in the creek behind the hotel. Had a problem with a toilet handle breaking and it was fixed by the time we got back to the room. Hotel is conveniently located on the Parkway close to shops amd attractions.
Room was CLEAN & very spacious. Enjoyed the fireplace. Employees were all friendly. Definitely got my money's worth. Location was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, even close enough for a quick drive up to Gatlinburg. Plenty of things for a family to do together. This will be my go-to hotel everytime we go to Pigeon Forge!
Was impressed with the staff- super helpful and friendly!!!! Received an amazing price for this impressive hotel that normally couldn't do especially during tourist season. Loved the fireplace in the room!! Also loved that we literally didn't have to leave the village because their was so much to see and do right there.
We always stay at the LeConte Hotel and Convention Center when we visit Pigeon Forge. It's a lovely, well-kept hotel, exceptionally clean rooms, nice pools, friendly staff, and a really good breakfast. I highly recommend Leconte Hotel and Convention Center!
Great location next to Dolly Parton's stampede and right on the entertainment strip of Pigeon Forge, but we never had any disruption to our sleep because of that proximity - at night the area was peaceful peaceful easy to sleep in
We were on the river side in the hotel and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The lower deck was a great way to sit with family and enjoy the weather and wildlife. The pools were great for the kids. They really enjoyed them.
I came to this hotel in 2016 and again in 2023. it is one of my favorites accommodation in Pigeon Forge and is close to most of the activities. Perfect location on the river, super clean and perfect for families.
the hotel was away from the busy side of pigeon forge, the river view was nice from the balcony, the breakfast was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and staff was friendly.
Great location to easily get around pigeon forge, sevierville, and gatlinburg. Very friendly staff, and really nice room for the price. Will stay with them again next time I take a trip out that way.
It really cheap and ideally located for our needs. Great free breakfast and a pool as well. No frills but a great, honest hotel. Our huge room had everything in it. Absolutely brilliant
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast was great! It's right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge, attractions are all just a couple minutes/walking distance!
This hotel is definitely good value. The room was comfortable and it was great to have a full kitchen. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices.
