They are clearly updating the property (some updates are still underway). The new restaurant was lovely, and I had a delicious meal there in a great atmosphere.

gateway to some of the most magical country, glacier National Park and environs. NOT TO BE MISSED. Kalispell is quaint western town, small but has all the conveniences and close to WhiteFish and Flathead Lake. You won't regret going especially in the Fall and Spring

Now that October has rolled around, there are fewer people but the weather is still gorgeous. Hotel rates are much more reasonable and have more availability. Lots of natural areas surrounding Kalispell (Whitefish, Glacier, Hungry Horse). Many great restaurant choice from local favorites to nationally known brands.

We loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotel.
We loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. It's within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant on 2nd street that has fabulous food. I can't remember the name of it but the desk clerk recommended it. You will have to wait a while but it's definitely worth it.

Kalispell as a destination for Canadian travellers would do well to offer an exchange rate that is better than the banks. As it stands, US is too expensive. We used to see lots of Canadian license plates in Kalispell. Not so much anymore!!

We went there to shop and it certainly had that.
We went there to shop and it certainly had that. Specifically I was looking for quilting material and had checked out ahead of time shops on line.
Some were still there and some weren't but was able to find what I needed (sometimes in surprising places) We ate at Appleby's and the 4Bs restaurant. The 4Bs is very hometown, family friendly food and the staff are the same. I would avoid the hotel we stayed at.!
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and set up nicely. Everything was clean, and the shower was was one of the first I've seen in a chain hotel that my husband (who is 6'1") would have been able to stand under the shower head without ducking, so that's a nice feature. The breakfast was well stocked, with a good variety of both hot and cold items to get you started on your day. The breakfast area was well layed out and spacious with ample seating as well. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay in Kalispell!
The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament, and the front desk staff asked about her games every time we returned. My father is in a wheelchair, and the front desk staff escorted him to his room upon arrival to make sure he had enough space to get around in the room. It is incredibly clean and very cozy. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s guest room instead of a hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Kalispell!
I had an urgent family affair and asked the hotel if they were so kind to let me come at another date and they were not booked at these days so they obviously had the possibility to help me and would have been even cheaper but they just said NO without explaining why or offering me another date. This is really not customer friendly
The price was comparable to other hotels, but much higher than we have paid for a stay in Kalispell in the past. The location was great for what we had planned to do in the city.
Happy to be able to open the window and let fresh air in-not always able to do this in hotels.
We asked for a top floor and got it-thanks!
We loved this hotel. We had originally booked with a different hotel and switched because they weren’t pet friendly.
This hotel has all the major amenities, is pet friendly, is close to local stores, food, and attractions, the continental breakfast is great and changes daily. The pool is wonderful and open 24/7.
The hotel was very nice, better than anticipated and super convenient for the airport. The Montana vibe was a great introduction to the state for our short visit. Heath, who checked us in, was very welcoming which was a lovely way to greet two weary travellers.
Comfortable and quiet hotel with very spacious and fully equipped rooms. Excellent option if you are coming or going from Glacier. The person at the reception, Javier, was very attentive and friendly, and for us a great joy because he spoke Spanish.
The Aero was a referral from a competitor because most if not all hotels were filled due to an annual event in Kalispell so there was little or no options to choose from. The referral worked well though.
