The Lake Village Lodge is small, clean and cute. It’s an old-style motel that has been updated with cabin decor. Right off the highway and one of CdA’s most popular breakfast restaurants is across the highway about a 1/4 mile up. Parking is tight, it’s a small establishment, surprisingly no road noise from the highway or freeway. Appears to be at the edge of the older part of CdA.

I appreciate the consistency and straight forward, business attitude of the staff while still keeping a courteous and professional relationship with customers. I've stayed at several more expensive rooms at nearby hotels throughout this summer and I can honestly say Budget saver not only made my boys and I feel safe but they also had the CLEANEST! I chose this hotel because it was close to where we wanted to go. About a 5 min Uber drive. I love that the doors locked for safety and you need a card to get in after a certain hour. The staff was friendly, the room was clean ( and I'm picky), the beds were so comfortable.

The staff was welcome enough though they have to send you to an inadequate room. The owner should be ashamed for the lack of upkeep and care for this property. Seems like getting money without a acceptable product does not bother their conscious. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
