I dislike the fact that they would place rooms available for sale only to get to the facility and discover your booked apartment has been given out without any information. Now at the middle of the night I’m stranded when I actually booked this apartment. What then is the use spending time booking?!

Lagos is the centre of Nigeria economic hub. The achievements and great things people are doing in Lagos have motivated me to dream big and strive for greater heights in life. A lot of positive opportunities abounds in Lagos especially in my field of Real Estate.
I love everything about Lagos island; VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju and Epe.

So for international travellers, best to go to, Lekki, V.I, Ikoyi, Stay in apartments resorts, or international hotel. i.e Fay Pads. Then look for a guide/driver which the resort can provide for you. Plan all your trips in advance and hold hard cash, not too much, don't rely on POS, due to network shortages. Once you're prepared there is way too much to do and see only in Lagos, wake up early, hit the roads and eat in restaurants, don't be tempted to eat on the roadside or drink pure water, as your stomach might be sensitive to how it's prepared. Don't wonder far away on your own, always let others know where you're going, use fly over bridges when crossing even if there are others not using it. Don't walk or travel at night if at all possible. When going to bed, do a final check of all doors and windows. Lagos is very sweet!

A city bursting at the seams.
A city bursting at the seams. Still struggling from years of neglect and underinvestment. Poor infrastructure, poorly maintained and no evidence that it is equipping itself to deal with the opportunities and challenges of the 21st century. That said, people are really friendly and cope remarkably well with the numerous daily challenges the are forced to contend with.

I did not like that the Immigrations Officers try to cut my holiday short by one day; of my visa allowed and Air Ticket time. Then expect me to pay more to get a Visa extension.
My favorite place was Shasha Lagos State. But Lagos needs great Improvement to be more attractive and safe also for tourists. They need to clean up the streets, paint the buildings and build better roads and guttering. To stop rain floods water and giant puddles settling in the roads.
All this can provide jobs for the locals. And make the roads safer for the Locals; and improve travel access for local businesses, when a major city and town have good roads. Making it much easier to travel around LAGOS. And making the roads free from accidents and also safer for the locals and Tourists visiting in Nigeria Lagos.
I stayed in an apartment and we did our own cooking. My husband sometimes bought cooked foods in the supermarket. We drank bottled or boiled water. Kekes can be fun to travel and nip around Lagos in, the and yellow mini busses. I also use Ubers, but I avoid traveling on motor Bikes.
I did not get to visit any of the national tourist sites mentioned here via point 6 below, on this trip. As it I came to get married and spend more of a quality time with my new husband.
When we first stumbled upon this flat on BOOKINGS.COM, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Williams from orange island is the most thoughtful, gracious host.
He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.
The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.
I was happy staying at Maison Fahrenheit, everything was fine, quick action for any request, very friendly atmosphere, Thanks to front desk team: Blessing, Joke and Rashida. And thanks to Goodness house keeping in charge. The food at the breakfast was very good. I will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Lagos in future.
I had an unforgettable stay at the Art Hotel Lagos, captivated by the aesthetic beauty of the property. The exceptional artworks displayed throughout the hotel added a unique and inspiring touch, making every corner a visual delight. A perfect blend of luxury and creativity
overall the Hotel is good the breakfast is ok maybe be better the WIFI generally ok but sometimes it is not working
the Value for the price is little bit high especially they have different exchange rete which is make the money is more that what I expect
I will not advise anyone to lodge at this hotel reason being that their rooms are very dirty, small, very small and smelly. It’s ridiculously expensive and the location is nothing to write home about. Have not stayed in a hotel like this in my entire life.
The receptionist (i believe his name is Daniel) is the best that I have encountered in a couple of trips to Nigeria. Helpfull, clear, professional and friendly. The location is good if you travel the next day. The restaurant The Bull is also Ok.
The hotel is generally okay, but I think it is a bit overpriced. Maybe that's Lagos. Good location, I'd say. Clean too, but that is expected for their rate. I like the bar, even though they don't have all the drinks on their menu.
The hotel staff is very professional and courteous. The roo. Was immaculately clean. The hotel had a generator in the event of a power outage. Breakfast is 5 star. It will be hard to find a better value in Lagos.
The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was only passing through Lagos briefly and it was a great opportunity to not hit the city traffic. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very nice.
The best of the best hotel in Lagos Nigeria
The security, customer service, cleanliness is five star
Value for money
I didn’t want to go 😀
Their breakfast is eat as much as you like
The breakfast was really good when they had the puff-puff. They have a good variety of breakfast choices.
The location is perfect for me and the places I need to get to around Lagos.
The hotel is a quiet oasis in a crazy, noisy, stressful Lagos. Much green and natural surroundings. The room was large, comfortable, clean and well maintained.
I reserved room and when I arrived was told the room was given to someone else, so I had to run around the whole Lagos looking for alternative accommodation,
