Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom smelled like weed and had weed residue on bathroom floor. They need to do a lot of updating to the rooms but can understand due to recent hurricane they endured. Hallway door was locked and key card didn’t work for that hallway so had to make a trip around the entire building to get to the pool and beach access. Parking lot can use some updating as well. Did not like the fact that the fire alarm went off every single night around 12am.

United StatesWe had the room for 6 guests, so 2 queen beds, and 1 king. I could not feel the AC on the king bed so I sweated all night. Also no TV on that side, so I had to watch things on my phone to relax. The outside tables were wobbly so it kept spilling our drinks.
Parking was tight. Spaces were small and with lots of jeeps and trucks, it was hard to find a spot. The side door from the other side of the parking lot kept locking so we had to walk all the way around with our things.

United StatesPictures are not very accurate. Hotel is very run down. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The elevator smelled terrible. Not much in the near by area to do. We had to walk a mile to enjoy any real activities.
