The constant humming/noise from the industrial AC machines on the neighbor adjacent building, some times during day for a couple of hours the metal chimney outside the windows was starting to work/vibrate intensely and also smells were starting so you had very few times you can keep the windows open. Room lights are yellow and dimmed so you dont observe the darken top of the walls/ceiling. Some of metal fixture of the the bathroom were old/rusty: chandelier/shower head (which is only wall fixed also). We asked for 45minutes later check-out but they could not accommodate it after 8 nights unless you paid 50$ for 2 hours.

Room cleanup was made thorough, king room had 2 cutlery of each (cup, glasses, fork, spoon, fork, tea spoon, bowl, plate), lot of pillows, big bed, power sockets on both sides, AC controls in the room (can be stopped for good during night), quick/free elevator, free luggage storage at checkout, vending machine on second floor, they managed to give us a room on the back of to hotel as requested to not face the street and far away from elevator but had a lot of noise from industrial AC machines from the neighbor adjacent building.

Thank you for the unsolicited room upgrade. The ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out was welcomed too. The location is convenient to the subway, busses, and easy access to all parts of NYC. Great hotel; we'll be back for sure.

The room was very dark on the 7th floor looking at the rear of other buildings. It was noisy from the sound of the air con units vents on the back of the building. It would have been good to have a bedside table both sides of each bed rather than just on one. A second armchair would make the seating area more usable. Bathrobes are too small for men. It doesn't have a bar.

The photo on the booking.com (Deluxe room - Queen) is larger than the room we stayed. They must be mixed up Queen and King rooms. Shower is a little weak. Deco is a little dated but we were told they will refurbish next year.

Great location for visiting popular attractions and venues for Broadway shows. There’s no shortage of restaurants and cafes. Subway station is just around the corner. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Bed is a little too soft and hight for me but comfortable. Good size bathroom. Very clean.
