The hallways or corridor we found huge roaches on multiple days of our trip. The hot tub blowers were broke and the heat wasn’t working either. The bathroom light wouldn’t fully come on, had to shower in the dark. There was not a bath mat on the tub, so we had to go buy one after my daughter slipped and fell. To cook we had to move to be able to reach plugs, an extension cord would have been handy. This room didn’t have a balcony, but a window that slightly views the ocean from the side. But a great view of the bathrooms next door.

The heated pool! Kitchenette was handy. Pool/beach toys provided. Beach access. Fitness center. Quiet. Clean room. We would love to stay at the facility again! The staff was very hands off, but any interaction we did have the were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We loved the ability to cook on our trip. We even got to use the grills by the pool. Feels like home, not a hotel.

Initially I had an issue about getting into the apartment. Jeffrey was contacted on my behalf and he had to change the battery because the code was not working. Also I noticed that the bed did not have a cover on that mattress I just think for the near future it should be a zip-in cover for that mattress so that it if anybody contaminates the room with bed bugs you can easily it won't be infected.

The facility was very clean access was wonderful. The view was phenomenal. I look forward to next year.

A person had to carry a bulky key to enter the pool, restroom, game area and beach. They only give you one key so if members in your party has the only key you can’t use the aforementioned areas.

Broken glass on the porch. Something slick on floors but I cleaned it up. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and maintenance was bad. Caulk was literally gone in the corner of the shower. Mold all over the shower, dirt piled up in the ceiling fan and that's without even looking hard. They asked how things were so I sent pictures and descriptions of the problems. They said thanks for improving the next person's stay. Lol I guess that should make me feel better. Lol I was in unit 113. View of the parking lot. Lol Other units may be better taken care of but this one was neglected. Also, don't lose the key or parking pass or it's $200. The thing that always gets me is they ask for feed back but don't offer you a discount or move you to another for your inconvenience. The problem actually needs to be taken care of not passed down to the next victim. Fyi

There was a sticky mess in a cabinet above the fridge. That was uncomfortable finding that. There is an electrical socket not functioning, restricting use of the kitchen area. The coffee table needs to be replaced because it had a broken leg.

I liked the comfort available, I just needed room for rest and kitchen ability. Pools side at the beach was very nice. Access to tv apps was good for me to sign in and watch my programming.

4 towels for a 10 night stay / one room key and one lobby key - all hotels and condos provide 2 sets. 4 hangers in the closet. The response of Vacasa to my maintenance needs for our commode that would not flush. Took 3 days to get maintenance there and even after the came, I had to fix the commode myself

Just that the pool was under construction. And the parking was a little hard at times.

I like the clean room and it was up to date. I loved that it was ocean front. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed. But the overall weekend was very nice and relaxing.

Getting the "secret code" was a pain in the tail. Room was clean, but there is a lot of trash in the parking lot and we saw several roaches near the front door.

Hot tub didn't work, Was locked out of the hotel at 1:30 a.m. for an hour and a half because the lobby door key pad was not working. Promised a refund, followed up for weeks and then did NOT receive one.

The bed was a king size and was so comfortable, they had Dove soap and shampoo and conditioner that was nice also, Im a country boy so it was all pretty nice

The resort was nice, this was the first time for me self check in and out, also no room key I had a code on my phone to get into my room, pretty neat,
