Small space , NO OUTLETS to plug in our appliances or cellphones…we had to unplug the lamps to charge our phones. You could see cement where the wall ends & the floor felt dirty.

Liked that it was close to the airport and other nearby stores like grocery stores

Lack of electrical outlets. Door broken on microwave, iron broken where it appeared unsafe to use. No breakfast as advertised.

This is the worst trip that I have ever taken for work. My truck was broken into, not once, but twice. The area is inundated with heroin users looking to rip off anyone with a truck with out of state plates, it would seem. First they broke my rear driver’s side window, and stole tools and rechargeable drill from the back floorboard, and they got under my bedcover to steal a large rolling toolbox with a lot of tools. Then, after I paid out of pocket to get the window fixed, they broke the bedcover hold down latches to steal yet even more tools. The location is less than secure, obviously. Even had a passed out “junky” in the front parking lot, one morning before I left to go to work. I lost about $1000 worth of tools, and the window cost me $450. Not happy!

Room was comfortable, staff was pleasant, but the lack of security ruined the stay for me.

First room smelled weird like mildew and cigarettes so we had to request a room change but the beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean... Confusing elevator system and cleanliness issues

Breakfast was to be included, there was a coffee and oj machine. I requested a smoking room and was told I requested a non-smoking room and there weren't any smoking available. I was able to pull my confirmation up with the smoking room on it. Magically a smoking room was available, no apology. The room was very depressing. The bathroom had drywall around the floor crumbling off the wall. I believe the wall paper was holding rest of it together. My daughter stay 2 miles away for the same price with hot food included and no issues with the room

Wish we were offered breakfast. The pool was hidden and not noticeable. Faculty did not greet me as I came into the hotel or when I checked out. Shuttle was easy to use but was disappointed that it was only able to take us to the airport and not to the center car location which was on the way and closer.

Bed bugs in our room. Photos with proof. Wallpaper was tearing off in hallway and moldy looking. Room 257. Staff was mildly friendly. Lobby was overwhelming with chlorine smell. Light between beds didn’t work.

Hallway to my room needed serious TLC, the ceiling was plealing off and laying in the floor. Edges of carpet in hallway looked very wet but I do not think they actually were. Lack of electrical plug in's was a big disappointment and issue. Bathroom needed TLC in the fact of the grout was chipping out. The blow dryer didn't work which was a real problem. Directions too my room were very nonchalantly given. It was a REAL long hike! But, made to sound like it was simply at the end of a hall. Hospitality was missing somewhat.

Easy parking, Lobby area is very pretty and inviting and comfortable. Room was clean. Pool area was very pretty but not open when I was there.
