You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe front staff knew I was there because of my husband. they told me they were sorry but couldn’t help me. They were booked to capacity, no vacancies. They had nothing to offer me. I went back to my car, drive to three other hotels, no vacancies as well. I was tired, extremely upset about my husband, and not thinking clearly. As I sat in my truck in tears suddenly I thought why not try a hotel app. What do you know Booking.com listed a room available at this very same hotel. Why is it that clearly seeing my distress these front desk clerks couldn’t be bother with me long enough to suggest I try getting one of the rooms being held by Booking.com?
It is close to the Halifax Medical Center where my husband was a patient due to a motorcycle accident in which he sustained traumatic injuries.
