Ugly/no view, could not open the window, one night the fire alarm went off and despite it being a false alarm, it kept going for over half an hour. For someone who was jetlegged like me, being waken up and kept awake by the alarm ringing every 2 minutes, despite trying to stay in bed, meant not sleeping all night afterwards. I had to work the day after. Not clear why housekeeping service was on request...

Less amenities than I would have hoped for, for a 4 star accommodation.

Close to transport links, busy area so felt safe at night, lovely staff, cool view from 20th floor, comfortable beds, good range of tv channels for evenings in.

Size of room very smell. We asked for twin superior, we were in 3, beds were of 90cm. They provided free of charge a third bad, but it was no confortable and occupied all the room

Downside is the lack of breakfast, housekeeping on request.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. Staying here was great. Friendly and helpful staff, mini bar with coffee or tea fine. We were happy here, next time we stay in New York we will consider this hotel.

The double bed in the hotel is slightly small in size and you can hear the construction noise outside.

This hotel is in a good location near the World Trade Center. The staff are friendly and the wifi is good.

I'm a very light sleeper and had to change rooms twice because of a rumbling, fan-like noise at night, It wasn't the air conditioning but was loud enough to keep me awake, even with ear plugs. It probably wouldn't bother most guests but I'm afraid I often find this same issue with hotels. It's probably me!

My second stay in the hotel. Location is superb, away from the noise of midtown but very close to subway. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms a very good size, especially by new York standards. Staff in reception could not have been more helpful and friendly.

There was a bit of cigarettes smell . Also the check in process was a bit tedious and our original room was not ready until around 4:45pm, even tho check in it’s at 3pm. They also told us that they needed to charge an extra fee for booking our room through booking and not straight with them (even tho that was not mention anywhere). But since I explained to them the fact that it was not mentioned before our check in, they provided us with an upgrade (we still had to pay the extra fee tho) but at least the room was nicer and bigger.

All the area of the hotel are very well maintained and everything was very clean. Also there are water stations to re-charge your water bottles, and also bottles available if you need to take one. There is station downstairs with complementary coffee and tea. We got an upgrade and the room that we stayed in was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable

While units have small kitchens, they are not equipped with dishes, etc. Only paper cups are provided. Coffee bar in lobby is bare bones.

Check in was 3 PM and we didn’t actually get into our rooms to close to 6 PM. I don’t know if there was a shortage with staff, but that was the only unpleasant thing about my stay. We traveled so far I would’ve liked for my room to be ready by 3 PM.

Staff was friendly. property was clean. Close proximity to a lot of attractions and restaurants.
