I would have liked to be able to get breakfast there. The use of only one lift was a slight hinderance which did not have an impact on our holiday. Would have preferred the water machine to have been in the foyer rather than in the gym room but that may only be to do with the work going on.

All the staff are lovely, very friendly and approachable. Good location as walking distance to many attractions with subway and bus stops nearby. We had a king-size room which was a good size room and bed was very comfy. The fridge and microwave were useful. Fairly quiet and the most noise is from beeping horns. The hotel is having refurbishment, which meant 1 lift was out of order so you had to wait a bit longer for a lift, this did not affect my enjoyment of my holiday at all. Roof top bar and restaurant was nice as weather was good, tried the burger which was nice. It is in the flower district area.

Room was slightly for 4 people, but that's just NY! There was some construction going on in the hotel, so one elevator was not working. But it was not noisy.

The only issue i had was that the room and towels were only done every 3 days. You could have extra towels on request, but the wet ones had to remain in the bathroom until day 3 Not really ideal or pleasant in the warm weather..

There were improvement works going on, which we weren't informed of. There was only one lift available at any time which meant long waits . The room had a lot of unnecessary furniture, making it feel dark and small. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was an empty body wash dispenser and hanky dispenser Small details make a difference .

Location and staff are the best things about this hotel. There is also a roof top bar area which is nice. Its open at random times.If bar not open, you can take your own drinks up .

Shrinkflation is happening: housekeeping is not every day anymore. Need to ask 24h in advance for a 1-time cleaning only during a 5-day stay. 50% of elevators where out of order.

Great location, street is very green and filled for florists and plant shops. During the day, most florists put the flowers outside, making it a refreshing a nice street. Hotel is located in a one-way street, which makes it quiet at night for NYC

Card Key to the room often stopped working and needed to go to front desk. 1 of 2 elevators in repair , so often long wait for elevator. No breakfast option.

Good location close to 2 subway lines. Staff at front desk - nice and efficient. Room - large by NYC standard. Good space in shower. Allowed us to stay a bit longer than official check out time. Several places to eat in walking distance.

Check in was delayed by close to an hour, and coffee downstairs wasn’t available later in the morning, rooms aren’t big but that’s typical in NY so understandable. Otherwise we liked it a lot.

Alexandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Liked the coffee downstairs and access to the roof, along with having three places to put luggage, and very clean rooms with a keurig and plenty of towels.

Cleaning service : for 2 nights no cleaning service, to pick up the trash It’s very poor service for the family with 2 small kids. On the reception host told us just to leave trash before the door and 2 days the trash was didn’t picked up.

It wasn't super clean, but average it was okay. One thing I didn't like is that when I arrived the window was open and the heat was off. The room was extremely cold and that didn't feel welcoming at all (I've stayed the first week of April). My first impression wasn't good.

The room was fine for me, but I did notice some cosmetic issues. The floor boards were loose, and the bathroom could have used a deep cleaning.

The room was very spacious for NYC hotel room. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as we were there for a concert at Madison Square Garden. Also the proximity to the subway was great.
