The rooms and the whole place need a deep clean. Couches in corner rooms are beat up. Parking is valet or on your own with very limited spots that are also used by staff. Construction on both sides of hotel in May of ‘24- not the hotels fault, but of note.

Love the retro vibe. Staff is helpful. Pool is clean and a fun area to hang out. Diner next door is great.

The only thing that was not my cup of tea was the lightning. They were very dim to the point that you were almost bathing in the dark. It wasn't terrible but made putting makeup on a tad difficult.

The staff was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. I also loved how spacious the shower was.

The shower could use a better pressure, or the shower head could be changed to something that can be mobile. Cleanliness could be a tad better.

Cute little Motel. The pool is looking very nice and the rooms have what they need ! The geographical situations is a 10/10 and you have what you need around! (and The Valet is free and complimentary!!)

All was as expected nothing bad to report.

Room was clean and just as expected and had a microwave and fridge which came in handy. Location was good with free parking which was good and a restaurant right next door which the hotel recommended for breakfast which had good vegan options.

Didn’t feel extremely clean. Bathroom cabinet doors were slightly sticky and picked up a towel that was very grey looking.

Location is very central, facilities were good. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

On arrival the lift was broken, our luggage was taken to our room. But I have disability and my husband is 75. No help offered bringing luggage down. We checked in and We found a dirty towel behind the sofa which wasn’t ideal. Window by the bath was clear and on first morning while showering the workmen were working opposite. I felt sick and embarrassed that they could see me showering and advised the desk. They taped the window over. Which then looked awful. But at least workman couldn’t see in.

Very quirky and retro.. we had a corner suite.. we arrived on Thursday and first night was extremely noisy The suite was very different, lots of space, round bed, huge sofa.. fabulous walk in shower , bath, double sink

Great location, awesome retro vibes. Swingers Diner next to the hotel was amazing, true old school diner with great food and drinks. Easy check in and we were able to leave our bags after check out while we headed out on a Hollywood tour.

One front desk staff member was incredibly nice and helpful, the other staff member barely smiled and gave short, terse answers to questions. Wifi was great for 3 out of the 5 rooms we booked, but was cutting out for two of us.

I would have liked to know about all the construction right outside as it was disruptive to sleep on our vacation. The elevator was not working either which was a pain.

My friend and I arrived at 10pm tired from a long drive and were annoyed to find that it was valet parking and not self parking. They said it was complimentary but I felt compelled tip getting the car in and out. Be prepared for that expense. Upon check-in the guy at the front desk informed us that the elevator was not in service, so we were stuck taking our large/heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Neither he nor the valet guy offer to help two ladies. That was disappointing, to say the least.

This was a cute retro hotel in a good location. Swingers diner right next door was great (cool vibe, staff friendly, food was good).

The valet parking only is a bit of hassle when you are coming and going via car.

Great convenient location close to West Hollywood with a nice restaurant/cafe right next door. Reasonably priced with nice decor and clean rooms with everything you need.

Couldn't find tums or Pepto bismol for my wife. Many hotels would have such items, I think. None in a vending machine and nearby gas station was closed. But I'm understanding a little better that the US has some serious issues with people robbing drugs so it's not a huge deal. The staff did its best. The elevator didn't work, but hey, we could use the exercise. I'm sure that staff would assist those who had issues with the stairs.

Everything was pretty good. We had a larger room with a spa tub. The room is spacious. The round bed is a little quirky, but comfortable and functional enough. We had no issues with noise. The window spans across the entire room so it takes a little time to open and close the curtains, but we enjoyed the light.

Having to organize housekeeping - it wasn't a daily occurrence. There was also construction right across from our room at 7am.
