We loved everything about this hotel. I’m already dreaming of going back and we just left yesterday. They had everything you could want and more. I just can’t express how great this place is. They even left a sweet note and flowers for our honeymoon. I hope we can come back very soon!

The room was small but had a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing with traditional Turkish offerings all served at appropriate temperatures and all delicous.

Best hotel we stayed at during our visit in Turkey. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in Turkey. View from the terrace is spectacular. There is also a nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant by the hotel, that also served delicious food and drinks!

The hotel is located in the quiet corner of Kaş but in the very close proximity to everything you might need. Excellent cleanliness and comfort everywhere in the hotel. The beds are the most chilling ever. I loved the balcony with sea view and Mediterranean street vibe. Staff with excellent English and happy to help with our requests. Breakfast had gorgeous variety of fresh and tasty local food... Served at a terrace with incredibly charming sea view.

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful even before I actually arrived. The hotel itself is very nicely designed, my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, they also provide you with a lot of non-alcoholic drinks for free and have few drinking water spots on the territory. Breakfast was also great, lots of options to choose from (please, share a bit with local cats). There are two pools, they are not big, but very nice and in this period not busy at all. The hotel that shares same space has amazing rooftop bar, perfect for sunset view and a few great cocktails. The location was perfect in my opinion. It’s very close to the center, yet calm and quiet. It’s up the hill, but the climbing is not so long / challenging. There is Kas Camping beach nearby, which I personally loved the most after visiting pretty much all of the most recommended beaches in Kas. Definitely would love to stay here again when I come back.

Everything was great.

The hotel is very centrally located within easy walk of central Kas. The views from our balcony were stunning. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are small but totally sufficient as we didn’t spend much time in it. The staff we extremely friendly and can even di your washing for a small fee. We had a fabulous time in Kas and would definitely recommend The Payam.

The first communication (via a messenger) with the reception was not good, the employee was rude. But once we arrived everyone was helpful and friendly.

It was amazing — all of it. The location, the rooms, the view, the food. All of it. It's even better than in the pictures. Great for romantic vacation as well as a vacation with kids.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the location is great - it's quiet, yet the city center is nearby. We went to KasKamping beach, which is only an 8-minute walk away. Additionally, there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. The room was clean, fresh, with nice designs and amenities, such as a sewing kit. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor area and two pools. They also provide beach towels. I am happy that I spent several days there. Thank you very much!

We didn't use house-keeping much, but when we did ask them to clean the room they left the old tea cups and used bottles. A minor gripe which was easily solved by cleaning them myself.

Payam Hotel is located close enough to the centre of Kas to easily walk in and back, just 5-10 minutes takes you to the main area for restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming and polite and try very hard to make your stay relaxing and pleasurable. The facilities have been updated since our last stay with a nice vegan cafe which serves great coffee and a good selection of mezes and cakes.

Staff were really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was also really central in a great location, only a few minutes walk away from the harbour. Rooms were tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and during our 6 days staying there, they varied the options. They also supplied glass refillable water bottles for the room which was a great idea and very eco friendly. Pool area was quite small for the size of the hotel with only 7 sun loungers, but even though the hotel was fully booked, we still managed to get a bit of time in the pool, and it was in the sun most of the day (with some shady areas for those who don’t want full sunshine). All in all, it was a really enjoyable place to stay!

Clean and pretty hotel, well a complex of buildings actually. Front desk was excellent, and helped with many and varied requests. There is 2 different pools one can use, a cafe on site. Efficient laundry service and our room was very nice. It had a superb view out to sea. The breakfast was outstanding, sooo much variety, and in a beautiful spot. 100% stay here again.

The room (chosen type: standard) could have been a bit bigger to be perfect. The patio was in any case spacious enough and very nice.

The breakfast is excelent! The best we had along all the part of the cost we explored (from Izmir to Antalya 😉) The hotel is very nice and clean.
