There was no lift working which was disappointing. Also, had to contact reception every day to have room cleaned which was also disappointing

There is a lot of ants in our room, like a whole lot. You literally can not leave any food outside for 2mins. And there is no slipper to go too pool or beach.

It's a great area to have a chill stay. The lake and Nai Harn beach were beautiful and mostly quiet, not crowded. Not far from Promthep. Room and bed are comfortable.

Internet connection through WiFi is very poor in the room, lobby and restaurant. If you are going to work consider buying mobile internet (I did) that is much better and stable than the hotel's WiFi.

Everything was great: room, pool, breakfasts, room service (daily!). Personnel is very kind and professional. Everything was great except WiFi.

The surrounding area isn’t quite as luxurious as the resort itself. Sadly the lake is stinky and the walking path is only half finished, which makes walking to the beach & the town a bit exhausting in the heat.

Very nice hotel with pool going around the whole venue. Loved the poolbar and the breakfast.

Our aircon was not work properly for the first week and we had three different Engineers look at however, they did not fix it. They said that they had but didn’t. The fourth Engineer came in and finally it was fixed. However, we went the first week without it working properly!

It is a beautiful looking resort with great amenities.

Location is a little bit far, there are actually lots of nice restaurants within a 10-15min walk but it is not that walkable in the heat of the day and also lacking sidewalks. There is a shuttle to the beach running infrequently (could be much more often) - it didnt show one of the days which was a bit annoying, and the staff was slow to respond on why the cancellation without informing. Pool towels gave me a small rash - hotel staff eventually fixed the issue by specially cleaning them but this took almost 48hours and staff were not really clear if they were doing something or cared at all. Communication could be improved by the staff and on the stupid App they make you install.

Hotel facilities are overall really nice, good pools with lots of corners and spots to sit and chill in, one of the pools has a swimup bar which is really nice too. Rooms are modern, nice and clean. Beds are very comfy and clean with many pillow options. Really liked being close to Nai Harn beach - which is easily one of the best if not the best beach on Phuket island Highlight was definitely the Japanese toilet - what a nice bonus!

The location is quite a long walk to nearby restaurants etc, so you have to get a cab as it was too hot to walk in the day time. The beach, however, is an easy 10 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel, spread around a lagoon-style swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and beautiful room, bathroom. Great restaurant. Everything spotlessly clean.

More choice on the TV channels, particular the English Premier league. A slight frustration was people reserving sunbeds with towels.

It would be nice and useful to have nets at the windows to avoid chasing mosquitos around at night. Also cleaning could improve. Breakfast is decent but a better coffee would be appreciated. These are small things that make a difference in a 5* hotel, but overall the experience was nice and we would choose the same hotel again for our next trip to Phuket.

We loved the location of the hotel. Although far away from the Airport or the city of Phuket, the hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, with very laidback atmosphere, close to the beach and many restaurants and coffee places. The room is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. Pool are is clean and there are a lot of spa options to try.

The only issue we experienced is that there was no iron provided in the hotel, only laundry service that has to be booked in advance was possible.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, the facilities are wonderful, big room, nice pool, tasty breakfasts, close to the beach (10 min walk along the river viewing the stunning landscape), transfer to the beach is also provide (per schedule).
