They used to have breakfast and now they don't. The surriounding street is not so clean, but Bangkok usually is not.

Very comfortable beds, which is rare in east Asia. Quiet location. Near the river and boat, which is my favorite transportatoon means in Bangkok.

It was our second visit to U-Need. The location is amazing and we were happy to see the same nice young man still works at the reception. The rooms are clean and simple, with everything you might need. The only negative we had on our last visit was the wifi which was very poor, but they fixed it, and now they have some of the best wifi we ever got in a accommodation. See you next time!

Maybe the view from the Window could have been better, but that did not matter either as we had the curtains on anyhow all the time.

The room was very clean. White sheets. Bathroom in exceptionally good condition The receptionist was very helpful. He carried our 21 kg suitcase to the 3rd floor. 24/7 reception open. One of the night markets and a lot of good restaurants almost around the corner.

There is no elevator and climbing stairs several times a day could be difficult for aged travelers. It was inconvenient to get to reception from 2nd floor for coffee or tea. One has to leave his shoes or slippers at the entrance and walk in bare foot or in socks through out the property and in the room. Am not saying its bad but its better if the visitors know it before hand.

It was very good experience to stay at the property. The taxi driver easily reached the property using google maps. The room was clean and nice. The bed linen were neat and clean. bathroom was good. View of city from window was good. The location is very good, still the property is a bit out of center of action so ambience is quiet and relaxing. you have to walk for 5 to 10 minutes to get to restaurants and street food vendors or grocery shops. The famous Khaosan road and lot of action and nightlife attractions are also at walking distance, like 20 minutes. Complementary coffee and tea are available in forenoon hours at reception (ground floor).

Everything is amazing! The people are lovely, near everything! Couldn’t have a better stay in Bangkok. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Would definitely book again. Safe neighborhood and the room is very clean, they even cleaned it again during our 3 days stay free of charge and changed towels. They also offer free coffee from 6am to 4pm.

The room was a bit small. The fridge is too big for the room, a bit unnecessary. No kettle or handsoap.

The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The shower worked well. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Great location.

Great accomodation in Bangkok. It is very close to Khaosan Road and to many temples. We were suprised how quite is the place. You have a many options of restaurants and laundry is just behind the corner. Rooms are clean, you get water everyday, good airco. I think that it is a super accomodation for that money. We are coming back for sure!

I don't see this as a drawback - some people have mentioned that you need to remove your shoes as you entry the property. But that's fine. That's normal in Thailand.

Great location in a peaceful section of the city just a stone's throw from the chaos of Khao San and the like. I needed one extra day in Bangkok to rest and recuperate, I got exactly that. The room is no frills, straightforward - and absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly, too

The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat. A fan in the bathroom would have been great to dry the area faster.

Good value for money. We stayed 3 nights, but changed the bedroom after the first one because our AC wasn't working well. The rooms were clean and big enough for us two. The location is good too.
