Wifi was a little weak. It would disconnect after a while and sometimes wouldn't connect back. Would be nice to have power plugs near the beds.

The triple suite was huge and perfect in size for 3 pax. Plenty of wardrobe spaces, we each got one cupboard for ourselves. Loved the double sink design. Toilet is also huge. Staffs were all exceptional and friendly. Breakfast options were not as plentiful as some other hotels but it is still decent.

Look nothing is perfect , i could mention a 1 or 2 things that perhaps i would change, but thats just being picky and down to absolute personal feelings ( and having to rebuild the rooms hahaha) , nothing to do with the hotels performance - which for my needs was spot on. Its not the cheapest hotel around the area , also not the most expensive.

I stayed with my partner and 2 grown up kids , we booked 2 rooms, our stay was primaraly because we needed local close access for my partners work and my need for governement buildings and offices to sort paperwork out , for this it was ideal. Location of the hotel is perfect for the shoppers of this world, located down a side street, just far enough away from the busy heavy traffic, right opposite the SIAM shopping Centres,MBK shopping centre and a host of others top class shops, and there are not shortage of food stalls in and around the centres. The BTS station "National Stadium" is the perfect access route being only a 2 minute walk to the hotel , this also as it suggests means the big National Stadium is also on your doorstep, and also means you have cheap travel access around the BTS and MRT network, meaning easy access to and from the airport also. Round the corner a 5 minute walk @ the bridge going over the river canal, is easy access to the river boat taxis ( Near Jim Thompsons house ) and this is ideal for a super quick trip to Khao San Road areas , cost 12baht , and takes about 10 minutes - will take and cost you a lot more in tuk-tuk or taxi. The Staff at the hotel were super great & friendly, lovely quiet rooms , comfy beds , great shower and bathtub ( seperate) with loadsa room to get 2 people in either 😁😊 Breakfast was buffet style , hot and tasty, varied daily choices, with extra items available cooked to order. Did not use the swimming pool but looked ok ( i was there 6 days - did not see anybody use it )

The room was really bizarre. Terrible lighting, and an unnecessary bathtub by the shower cubicle that was so close, you had to step round the bath itself? The big double bed was really comfy but it only had sockets and a bedside table on one side of the bed. The bathroom sink is by the minibar so it feels like you’re brushing your teeth in a kitchen and not the bathroom, because there isn’t a bathroom. It’s just a curtained off area by the bed. The room and the hotel looked a tiny bit tired. It is great if you want to be close to the shopping centres and it was good for us to be able to get to the airport within 30 mins.

The Infinity pool and it has a good gym which was good for us as we were getting ready to fly long haul. The staff were efficient and really friendly.

The air conditioning was bit too loud also was hard to control the temperature it was too cold or too hot,using the soap was not so comfortable in the sink ,breakfast hours could be little be longer it is until 10:30 am

I only stayed one night, I wish I could stay longer to enjoy more. It was a premium price compared to other hotels in BKK. But I understand why now.

Modern finishing and super comfy bed. Room was a generous size. Location is a 5 min walk from MBK or SIAM Paragon. Taxi is also 5 mins because of the traffic 😅

The view from our hotel window is another hotel so that we can see the guests' activities, and they can see us; most of the time, we close the curtain.

The hotel is near the MBK and Siam Mall, and the shopping center and food are easily accessible. Breakfast is not much of a choice, but it tasted great.
