Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe travelled to Bangkok to watch Coldplay in concert and this hotel was the nearest to the Rajamangala Stadium venue, we knew we would have to walk back because of traffic congestion however, the 3 3-kilometre walk back to the hotel was easy and safe. Another plus was the 7/11 just behind the hotel.

United States1) Rooms need a white, see-through, secondary shading curtain over the sliding glass door to the balcony. It would save on electricity, if you don't close the curtains the neighboring apartments can see right through. (Rooms are small) 2) Too many signs of saying what not to do in elevator and guest rooms. There is a policy they have you sign AND a guest reservation card. The rules seemed excessive. 3) Property is too large for one small elevator.
Property provides clean and comfortable value stays for singles, couples, families. The property had a new feel and we loved being high up on floors list. Lovely modern lobby. Laundry right across the street. Very close to 7-11 and pharmacy. Housekeeping was okay. Bed was firm, we like that. My Wife enjoyed the breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

IndonesiaNeeds a little more attention to cleanliness and hygiene (elevator dirty. Even saw front desk lady taking my dirty welcoming dring glass, putting it back in clean glasses rack). Room service is lacking - had asked two more pellows for my room, before leaving for centre town. However, on return, late evening, I had to reitarate my request for pillows. On first morning at 08:10, the cleaning lady open my door without knocking - disturbing my sleep. Lastlythis accommodation is way too far from centre.
The stay quiet and was mostly enjoyable considering the low cost.
