Not that I disliked anything but it is useful to know the resort is built into a very steep hill and so to access rooms, you may need to catch one or two lifts and climb steep stairs. The hotel provides a bus service to transport guests to rooms however guests still need to be mobile to access the pool area.

The pools are incredible and view over the temple and Andaman Sea is lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive.

cleaning is not the best, somewhere garbage on the territory, but main places is ok Overall we like sunsury, so thank you for the rest.

Pools are cool, beautiful view from family suites. Good fitness club ana kids club! We like breakfast, not the best, but really good! Very cozy and clean beach and not overcrowded (like Kata is). Transfer to the beach is comfortable from kids club building

Bathrooms in the room didn't have a proper exhaust provision. and bathrooms near the pool were not well maintained. Staff can be better too.

The air condition in our villa was not functioning very well and that was miserable The water is full of chlorine so taking a shower after swimming was not useful at all

The place is very nice and quite its near to the beach and the have bicycles for the guests which made our stay very pleasant if you want to escape from the crowds this the best place

The food at Sunsuri was wonderful, we ate breakfast at the hotel every day and the choice of food was great. We also had dinner at the restaurant a few times and again the food was exceptional. The beach at Nai Harn is beautiful and well worth a visit if you are in Phuket. The shuttle the hotel offered to the breach made getting there very easy although it is only a short walk if you don't want to wait for a ride. The pool at the hotel was pretty special the diving platform and waterslide kept the kids entertained for hours.

We loved staying at Sunsuri in one of the luxurious villas on the hilltop and stepping out to our private infinity pool with a view over Nai Harn Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The villa was clean, spacious and modern. Room service was prompt and the meals were delicious.

It was on the side of a hill so difficult for some of our family who have mobility issues. They do have a good buggy to run you around but some of the buildings don't have lifts which is a little crazy.

What can I say ! This hotel was just amazing!! We had a very large room with our own pool just outside our bedroom ! The view was also really good ! I felt like I was in heaven ! Would 100 per cent stay here again and would most definitely recommend to everyone! We had our own transfers to and from room as they were apartments further up for the view and all we needed to do is call reception and they would send someone within seconds ! Thank you so much

A lot of hills and stairs. There are buggy’s that take you to and from your room, but if you have children, you still have to do a lot of walking.

Food is not so good. It’s very far up the mountain. you need the staff to take you every time down to the lobby. Would expect for the breakfast to be served in the room because of the long distance from the restaurant.

Stayed in the one bedroom villa. The view is amazing and it’s peaceful and quiet. The room is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Ordered the breakfast for the room it was nice. The service was good.

The size of the hotel. There's a buggy up to the rooms at the back! And a little tired considering its 5 star rating. Very much package deal central rather than authentic Thai experience. Also the view from the room, which overlooked the roofs of the rooms below. We stayed in one of the better rooms, but it looked like some of the smaller rooms had better views!

Huge room with a bath on the balcony within easy 5 min walk of the beautiful Nai Harn beach, where there's a good selection of bars and restaurants. There's a bus to Nai Harn beach, but we didn't use it. Other, even better beaches are a 15 minute walk away, or a short cab ride. Nai Harn town is a 15 minute walk where there are lots more bars and restaurants. Hotel is set in lovely green surroundings high on the hill, with views over the Nai Harn area. Breakfast is great and massively varied, with nice tables overlooking the jungle-clad hills.

Absolutely adorable place for stay. Like a hidden gem in Nai Harn. The pools are fun and you can easily spend whole day with kids next to the pool being in shadow at the same time.

It’s very tired and needs a refurbishment of the whole property. Bedrooms are dated and shabby. The whole building needs repainting and modernising. We complained about our 1st room and they moved us to another room which was much nicer.

Breakfast was just okay for a western palate…aka no bacon and breads were croissants low quality. But had an omelette station. it’s fine…Just not for me I guess. Good hotel over all
