A very calm and quiet place near Promthep Cape, Windmill viewpoint and Yanui Beach. We walked everywhere all within 15 minutes walk. The staff was helpful. AC worked perfect.

Floors weren't cleaned each day, although the rest of the room was done well, so they got very sandy. Also, it is quite far from any shops, so some people may want a moped. The curtain instead of a bathroom door presents a challenge!

Very quiet and spacious well laid out accommodation close to lovely Ya Nui beach. It has everything you would need including kettle and fridge. Set in nice green space. Beach bars also close. Staff were friendly and helped with taxis and things.

Super soft bed! :D The room is very spacious and clean. The place is very quiet. Nothing but the nature sounds and beautiful green forest behind the window. Also, very fast WiFi! Beach is a 3-minute walk and it's pretty beautiful but a bit dirty these days. You can walk about 30 minutes to Nai Harn also if you want.

I loved it all. You will however need transport if you want to see more of this area. I never drove with a scooter before but if you stay away from main traffic areas its not a problem. I now did it. The three beaches (Yanui, Nai Harn and Rawai)are close enough to see them all. The accommodation is clean and veeeeery quite which is always the greatest concern for me. The matras could not have been better. Thank you for a great stay

for me everything was fine.

The location for me was great, nice and quiet. bed was clean and comfortable. I arrived after their stated check in times and was meet with no problem and was given the keys to my room. I will be staying here again next month when i return to Phuket.

If you don't like ghekkos, watch out :D

The hotel is a little secluded on Yanui Beach, but those who like peace and quiet will find relaxation here. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Rawai Beach, so it would be an advantage to rent a scooter for your stay. All in all, I can only recommend the hotel, extremely friendly hosts, good cleanliness and an unbeatable price-performance ratio.

Great little hotel. It is so relaxing and chill and we felt so amazing staying there. The hotel's vibe really suits the beach atmosphere - for people who like their beach vacation simple and relaxing, without the fanciness and crowds of the resorts. There are only like 10 rooms, and a single guy at the reception. The hostel is about 200m from the YaNui beach - a small, relatively secluded beach. It is also really near the windmill viewpoint, amazing place for sunsets. The room is really comfortable and the bed is amazing. It is basic but has everything you need (including fridge). The reception has a small shared kitchen for guests' use. Since the hotel is quite secluded (which we really enjoyed), there only dinner options are in Rawai beach, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. For us it was more than fine as we enjoyed the walk. If you have a motorbike, it is just a couple of minutes walk.

Clean and big room. Good aircon, good bathroom. Very close to yanui and naiharn beach. Not close to a supermarket or 7/11. Scooter or car recommended. But especially for the price unbeatable.

Maybe the lawn around the apartments it could've been a little bit better cleaned up. The apartment door wasn't working too well and I was having a hard time opening it, it was getting stuck.

It's just a few steps away from Yanui beach with a lot of restaurants. I liked the sofa in the apartment.

It is a little remote if you don't have your own transport. There are a couples of places in walking distance to hire a moped or car though so this is easy enough to solve. The bathroom only had a curtain between it and the room. Perhaps something for some people sharing to consider

The whole place looks a little run down. The reception area is dirty which doesn't give a good first impression, a deep clean and a fresh lick of paint would do it wonders. The same goes for the room, for me the cleanliness really let it down. Give the place some TLC and it will be a gem.

The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and it was surprisingly comfortable (not the usual rock hard mattress you normally find in Thailand). It's located very close to Yanui beach which is clean and great for snorkeling. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but the main busier area of Nai Harn is quite far away. The member of staff on reception was pleasant and helpful.

A little far from food places and very very thin walls between each room where you can hear every conversation if you have a loud neighbor. Also, some stray dogs were aggressive on the way back to the hotel.

It has AC because because it was very humid in the nights and mornings . Also, water bottles provided and new towels. It was very quiet in the nights if you are lucky to have quite neighbours.
