Beautiful hotel. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the view over the mountains and lagoon is very beautiful. Everything is just right here. A lot of attention is paid to small details at this resort.

Breakfast was terrible and not at all in line with the property. Staff was hit and miss, some quite good others left a lot to be desired.

Unique decor and cosy exotic feeling. Awesome private pool, great for indulging a good moment solo or as a couple.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I loved everything about this property, the grounds are amazing! So well maintained and you feel at one with nature. Room was so big and comfortable and having our own private pool was a nice touch. The rooms are all made of natural wood and it just adds to the rustic vibe of the hotel. This has been my favourite hotel to stay in ever. It’s so beautiful. Food at the hotel is delicious too! And the surroundings are so lush with greenery and you can dine right at the beach! And the view in the breakfast restaurant is perfect it looks over the lake and the mountains. Staff are so polite and go above and beyond! I even booked the wrong boat and they made sure they changed it for us. Staff are so welcoming and are a credit to the hotel, we were always greeted with a smile and their generosity was fantastic. It made our first trip to Koh Chang perfect. I am writing this as I sat in reception waiting to leave. I feel sad because I would happily stay another week! Book this hotel you won’t be disappointed.

I had an accident with a scooter. Please check you r insurance before, A or A1 Drivers license and to have the International Driver license as Translated version. (But this has nothing to do with the hotel)

Great place to relax and spend time for two. Very friendly and supportive team. Breakfast and diner was offered with a big selection and quality. The area of the hotel was very clean and shows always new surprises. A good place to start excursions and individual discovery of the island. The weekly diner buffet was amazing. In both directions of the area you have great views. Sea view, river view…

The hotel restaurant is not very good but there’s a small local restaurant next to it that serves food of good quality.

The front steps it would be good if the lift went right down to the ground floor Bedroom pool was freezing which was a shame

Guests listened to music by the pool with out headphones on disturbing other guests.

The first Bathroom in the Pool Villa is too dark and even that the hotel staff does everything to keep it clean, little termites and wood worms are claiming back their territory. Mattresses are quite hard. However, the great Staff (Mark) managed to organize a different room - which we very much appreciated and made our Stay truly wonderful - so basically the staff was able to turn something not so good in something very good - Thank you 🙏

Inability of the staff to keep loud groups from Moscow in their place.

Heydays are certainly behind it, but still a well maintained place with a wooden palace and splendid jungle like garden. Great swimming opportunities both in the pool and beach.

We stayed at this resort for the second time. This is the best resort on Koh Chang. There is excellent service, very nice rooms, a beautiful beach and a super good breakfast.
