Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

breakfast was acceptable with many options, location was perfect across the road to Emsphere mall. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good size room, modern interior and clean. The pool area is amazing, really enjoyed the outdoor area whilst having a drink. helpful staff and check-in was similar to executive style check-in I would stay in the same hotel next time i visit Bangkok. This place is perfect.

Hotel is in an ideal location for my visits to Bangkok. The rooms are bigger than you would expect and everything you could want is within these rooms. Breakfast was very nice and a great start to the day before i left for the airport . The staff were very helpful , Concierge were excellent .

CanadaThe glass around the bathtub was covered by slat blinds producing a privacy problem. If you sat on the toilet and looked towards the closed blinds, you can still see the bed between the 2 sets of blinds! When showering, some water drained out towards the bathroom sliding door area forming puddles of water- slippery! The shower area needs new grout. you can see what looks like black mold ( room 1423)

Overall I picked the place as it’s very close to everything and in terms of price value it has a very good sized room. The boys in the lobby at the concierge and door are outstanding.

AustraliaWi-Fi not detected on some devices, took a while to connect to the laptop. Bathroom can flood after taking a shower. Steps built into the room which you have to watch for when walking to the bathroom. Good selection of breakfast at the buffet, although some dishes were a little bland.
Excellent service and comfortable rooms. Friendly reception with baggage taken directly to the room. Great views over the shopping centre. Bathtubs in rooms are a nice touch.
