breakfast was acceptable with many options, location was perfect across the road to Emsphere mall. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good size room, modern interior and clean. The pool area is amazing, really enjoyed the outdoor area whilst having a drink. helpful staff and check-in was similar to executive style check-in I would stay in the same hotel next time i visit Bangkok. This place is perfect.

One issue was the aircon unit was really noisy even on lowest setting. Wore noise cancelling headphones in bed.

Hotel is very beautiful. Very good breakfast. Very helpful concierge. Great location. Had an amazing very large panoramic view room. Well furnished, with lounge and kichenette.

Hotel is in an ideal location for my visits to Bangkok. The rooms are bigger than you would expect and everything you could want is within these rooms. Breakfast was very nice and a great start to the day before i left for the airport . The staff were very helpful , Concierge were excellent .

Aircon broke in middle of the night, but we were immediately moved to another room. Design of room is odd with bathroom sink outside the bathroom.

Great location and pool and gym were empty when we stayed so nice having them to ourselves. Large comfortable bed.

Excellent breakfast !.very clean and cosy rooms.the staff in the main lobby were so friendly and super helpful.enjoyed spending time in the outdoor pool area.the location was perfect for the nearby nightlife ,also very close to the SkyTrain .I will be re-booking for next year.

The glass around the bathtub was covered by slat blinds producing a privacy problem. If you sat on the toilet and looked towards the closed blinds, you can still see the bed between the 2 sets of blinds! When showering, some water drained out towards the bathroom sliding door area forming puddles of water- slippery! The shower area needs new grout. you can see what looks like black mold ( room 1423)

the gym could be renovated many items are broken and rusty as well as by the pool side, overall you can tell it’s an older hotel and need some attention in terms of maintenance

Overall I picked the place as it’s very close to everything and in terms of price value it has a very good sized room. The boys in the lobby at the concierge and door are outstanding.

Wi-Fi not detected on some devices, took a while to connect to the laptop. Bathroom can flood after taking a shower. Steps built into the room which you have to watch for when walking to the bathroom. Good selection of breakfast at the buffet, although some dishes were a little bland.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. Friendly reception with baggage taken directly to the room. Great views over the shopping centre. Bathtubs in rooms are a nice touch.

The Aircon in our room was faulty and seemed stuck at 28°C . Nothing we could do to change the settings to get it lower. Also the TV in the same room did not work.

The bathroom of my room was not done properly before my check in. There were lots of hair left in the shower. The air conditioner was noisy.

Great location, good value, guest-friendly hotel with excellent views of the city. Good size rooms and there are bathtubs in many of the rooms which is highly appreciated. Also worth noting, MRT and BTS Skytrain stations are minutes away which is extremely useful to those who want to travel around the city using modern public transport and avoid the famous Bangkok traffic congestion.
