The room was a little dated but was clean and well maintained so it was not an issue.

The staff were very welcoming, especially Julia who was very helpful in organising taxis and generally looking after us. The location of the hotel is excellent for Old Town. The entrance foyer is grand and impressive. We liked the rooftop bar too. It was wonderful for watching the sunset. Our room was large and on a corner with large windows so we had excellent views of the town and the coast. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. There was plenty of storage space. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and the gym was very well equipped - excellent facilities. If we visit Phuket again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is perfect for our plans in the old town. Twist bar has got a fantastic view, great vibe, awesome band... Special Thanks to Juliet for assisting us.

The prices at roof bar. The food menu wasn't extensive. Clothes wire in bathroom wasn't working but after reporting it didn't get fixed. We didn't ask for adjoining room but there was a thin door between us and next room. Noisy neighbours might just as well have been in our room.

When the housekeepers cleaned the room, we discovered clothes that had been left on the chairs and the bed, scattered on the floor. Additionally, we found only about half a roll of toilet paper in the room, and I had to request more.

Breakfast selection is small, but quite tasty. The reception staff is pleasant and helpful.

It was a shame that were given a room that someone had been smoking in. After telling reception about it they were very apologetic and gave up a much nicer room. They can't be be blamed for the problem as the hotel is a non smoking hotel.would stay again.

Second stay at this the staff are polite and helpful. Very good for onward travel having the bus terminal just around the corner.

Hotel was convenient and a short walk away from Old Phuket Town. Toilet was abit small but the room was spacious and had great views of the mountain and oceans. Lots of food options in Old Phuket Town so, didn't need to have hotel breakfast.

Although the breakfast room is big, the hotel receives big groups of coach tours that floc together to the breakfast at some given times. So it can be difficult to get a table to sit when all tourist from a group are there at the same time.

The hotel is very near the city center (walking distance) and to several restaurants, so the location is very good for those wanting to visit the historical part of the city and to go on tours. The rooms are very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The decoration is more in the classical (old) style, but I do not see a problem with that. The bathroom is good. The pool is big, and the view from the rooftop bar is very nice. The breakfast is good, with lots of food options. They provide beach towels, which is nice.

There was a slight damp smell to the bedrooms and some of the decor was a little tired.

The location is fantastic. Close to the town and night market. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the bedrooms were large. We would definitely stay again.

The hotels needs a renovation; it's a bit outdated for a 5 star rating. We were given a room where the entire bathroom floor was wet due to a water leak. Staff relocated us immediately to another room.

Property is in prime location and accessible to many locations . Many eateries around, bike rental is nearby and bus terminal is across the road.

It's very outdated. All furniture and throughout is very old. With old, brings a musky thick cupboard smell. Be warned.

The staff were amazing. This hotel is great value for your money and far exceeded our expectations. It's very big. Up to 19 floors from memory. The Gym is very big and fully aircon'd throughout. The pool is beautiful also. The bar on the 19th floor has the best sunrise/sunset view. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Be warned there isn't much western food variety but we didn't mind. There are taxi hagglers infront of the hotel for any unplanned trips. Ask at reception and they'll organise for you. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
