It's an excellent place to stay in the middle of the island. You have a great sea view right on the water. It's close to the shops, restaurants, and bars. An overall great place to stay.

Very private and peaceful, sound of sea, palm, birds and geckos. Comfortably and simply decorated with some lovely eclectic touches. Felt magical. Food for the soul. Matt the host kindly checked to see all was well every morning and organised bike hire and ferry tickets. Thank you. Loved getting Thai take out and eating on the balcony.

We loved everything about it!

We had a really lovely time at Tara and Matts little Paradise. Its quiet and cozy, tucked away from the busy streets; very cool and spacious bungalows, the most amazing views and sunset you can imagine. Matt is a brillant host, funny and always ready to tell at story from his eventful and exiting life. We had a lot of good laughs and will definitely be back some sunny day. Please go to Dings for the most delicious thai food, 100m north and only 50 bht.

Mat, our hotel host, made our stay truly enjoyable. He helped us find cool things to do and good places to eat. He checked on us regularly to ensure our comfort and his lovely family added a warm touch to the experience. We couldn't stay longer, even if we wished.

Tara and Matt are very lovely, well prepared (they offer and got everthing you need: scooter, snorkeling equipment, transfer to the pier etc.), helpful and unobtrusive hosts, which always have spare time for some casual and pleasant chats. Just call for them and respect their honest business. Located on one of the best snorkeling spots (rocky but quite easy accessible pearl beach) of Koh Chang quiet paradiese palms has some great infrastructure. Especially if you want to go for the first and best located hut (you can almost jump into the sea), make sure you book in advance as the beauty is no longer a secret. Nevertheless all of them - cozy and clean - huts are recommendable. We enjoyed our trip and everthing what comes with this heavenly accomodation. Ps: Hold on the pictures, as you get what you see. For us it was heavenly. Thanks!

Matt and Tara were absolutely fantastic. Making sure everything was in order and giving us the best time! The cozy bungaloos are looking directly at the private beach with the sound of the waves rocking you to sleep. We even had a BBQ and a fridge! We had such a perfect stay!

The hosts were amazing and kind very welcoming, assisted me with every query I had and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. Made me and my friends feel more than welcome. The area is quiet and on you can sit beachfront and look at the sea or go swimming. Would definitely go back!

Private bungalow with the necessary comforts (shower, aircon, wifi, a nice bed). Loved the beachfront access and was able to use snorkelling equipment and enjoy frequent swims right out my front door. The owners, Matt and Tara are beyond helpful with assisting with confirming plans, checking into activities, and arranging transportation. I felt very taken care of but still had my peace and privacy. There are also delicious coffee/breakfast places nearby and a large grocery store which met all my needs. Will definitely be returning.

it really is a small hidden paradies- the sunsets are surreal, the private beach access is amazing, you can rent a scooter from matt and tara as well as get an additional yummy fruity breakfast - matt was really helpful with booking a transport back to bangkok and all in all with answering all my questions. Would def come back to this hidden gem!

We had the front sea view bungalow and the view was a dream! the sound of the lapping ocean and the view all day was beautiful. It is a stony beach as opposed to sand but the view and everything else makes up for it! There was a lovely little balcony and an additional veranda to lay on too. Would recommend a scooter if staying here due to Koh Chang being so big, we used one from the owner which was great!!

The owner is so rude so bad and even me and my friends didnt like his beahviour. There is no 7/11 nearby you have to go far to bring if something in mid-night is needed.

The view is good but only if front house is selected.
