You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe customer service team were really inconsistent in responding. Some stuff was really difficult to arrange or facilitate. Domestic information in villa could have been much improved (eg wifi password, taxi, takeaways, trip info needs updating etc). You are better off just arranging your own transfers and needing them as little as possible. Pool tiles along edging was in need of repair (very clearly).
Location was excellent, quiet with a short walk to main restaurants and the beach. Easy self check in. Good space in villa at excellent value.

The villa is beautiful, rooms are cleaned throughout your stay. Very spacious, good wifi and faculties inside. Privacy as the villa is not overlooked. Perfect for couples or families.

LithuaniaSome wear and tear, but nothing critical. The master bedroom is amazing with huge bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller, as the second bathroom, something to keep in mind if you are coming with friends.
Everything! Excellent for a family with kids. Great location, near shops and everything you might need but quiet. Nice yard, great pool. Washing machine, kitchen 👍 Would definitely recommend for long stays. Totally private pool and yard, no need for swimwear 🤫 Nai Harn Beach just 5 min on scooter, several viewpoints not far away. Special thanks to the manager who was super flexible and helped us out when we had issues with motorbike rental. Great customer service, very efficient! Really thankful! If I get a chance to go back to Phuket, I would love to stay in Onyx Villas
