The hotel need a refurbishment it’s out of date furniture old fashioned unfortunately the room I had was like a goldfish bowl had to keep curtains closed at all times

Issues with aircon, very loud. Not much around other than the beach. Hotel recommended a day trip around the island - total waste of 900bht. Not the fault of the resort ofcourse, however they should know what they’re promoting. Lovely eggs for breakfast, although not enough western dishes.

Clean, great to have a quiet beach a stone throw away. Friendly staff.

Bathroom has a rain shower which is nice, but the water pressure is a little low.

Service was good, breakfast was good too. You need a taxi or motorbike if You want to go restaurants and shops.

Our rooms had a great view of the beach and ocean, aaaall the food we tried at the restaurant was amazing and all the staff was so sweet, kind and helpful! The beach was lovely, and there were trees and parasols to put the sun beds under.

Room very hot even with AC that didn’t seem that efficient

Good location near to beach . Small but pleasant pool to cool off in. Breakfast quite good

Breakfast food was cold and not good. Breakfast restaurant looked run down. Pool needed cleaning and pool fountain needs to be upgraded. Happy hour drinks were terrible. Not enough lounge chairs and many of the cushions were torn. Not hotels fault but the ocean was full of garbage.

I booked room that not the same as the website. And close to the bar. At 9pm on every day will hear musics. But, not too bad. Breakfast is good . No Espresso, just a big boiling coffee pot to serve.. And never have bananas.!!!

There are no nets on the windows, which means - you can't leave a window open because of the mosquitoes.

Sunbeds were a bit dated, and did not seem to be managed by the hotel

Large resort, located right on the beach. Room was comfortable, and breakfast had many options. The place just need some extra TLC to be outstanding, such as more waste bins on the beach/ by the pool, and more options to wash off the sand from your feet (which many hotels have plenty). It was great to have a convenience store right at the reception.

When we arrived at our room we were disappointed as it was very tired looking, the floor varnish was peeling. The room hadn't been clean properly before we arrived. The duvet cover that we had on our bed had rips in the corners. Having said all that the positives out weigh the negatives and we missed it when we moved on to the next hotel !

Lovely wide white sandy beach. Our room had a sea view with stunning sunsets each evening. Beds are comfortable. Good showers.The Rim Had Restaurant served up some great meals with reasonable prices. The Lakes Bar at the top of the driveway is owned by the hotel and there is live music most evenings, worth a short walk up the drive.

Breakfast - 3/10 - this is that you have to improve first of all. The Second one - Evening Activities - 10-15 minutes everyday same Fire Show - this is not enough. add Live Music, Karaoke, some Games. Also, do something about the voices from the neighbor territory - they are working whole day in high season!

No nets at the window, had to leave curtains shut as you are on display

Villa was lovely, brilliant views out of the bay window of the beach and sea . The only problem was that everyone could see right in you are on full display of anyone walking past. So, unfortunately, we had to leave curtains shut . Would have been perfect if there were blinds at the window. So that reason only would not stay in the villas again .

Our initial rooms were a bit dated, typical Thai and only one power outlet… not good if you want to watch to make a cup of tea or charge your phone !
