Too many people are reserving pool & beach chairs all day long - but never using them.(or only for a very short time), without removing thier towels when they leave for an extended time - not fair!!!. Please remove towels from chairs after 1 hour of not being used.

We stayed in a Garden View Villa, the room had everything you could need and was thoughtfully planned out. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with a great shower and even a spa bath. The seating area would have been a great place to relax but sadly the mosquitos put a stop to that (this is of course outside the co tell of the hotel). The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety of hold and cold foods for both Asian and western tastes. The property had numerous swimming pools these were clean and we had no problems finding a seat by them. We only ate at the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable 4 course Asian meal. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that offer great food at reasonable prices. The staff were courteous and happy to assist with any requests that we made. We will be back!

Great experience! Very nice place and location is amazing. The breakfast buffet is probably the best I have ever seen with a variety of food. All staff are friendly and welcome to help. Highly recommended!

I didn't like that they called me to the lobby when I checked out at 9am and I had to wait in the humid lobby 1 hour and 15 minutes for my transport. I could have just waited in my room. I think they wanted us out of the room early.

Highly recommended this resort. All staff has great attention and friendly. The resort is very beautiful, excellent decoration and clean. The refurbished restaurant is very nice. The food is reasonable price and delicious. Definitely come back!!!

There are probably not enough housekeepers. The room was cleaned very slow. There are not enough of beach beds.

The rooms could be cleaner - our bedroom floor needed a good scrub or mop. Only 2 staff members could speak decent English - one being the door man, he was very friendly and caring.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent location right on White Sands Beach. A few lovely pools to choose from. Tasty food. A 7/11 next door.

The hotel is a rather big one and even at the end of April it was still pretty busy. I had one of the garden villas, which are set a bit aside. The interior of the villa was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I loved the bed. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. You can go into the water easily even during low tide. The breakfast was really nice. Generally the food in the Beach Restaurant was very good. I enjoyed every meal I had there. All of the staff I encountered were courteous and exceedingly friendly.

- Air-condition in the villa was not strong enough. Although I usually prefer a reasonable temperature like 23 degrees, it ran at 18 degrees, and it was still too warm (but acceptable). I told them at check-out, and they told me that a technician would check it (maybe I should have told them earlier) - The kids' room is very small and sparsely equipped.

- Great pools, next to the sea and at the rooftop, both with pool bars (Chang Beer S 110 THB/L 160 THB; Mojito 240 THB, Pina Colada 280 THB; fruit shakes 140 THB, mocktails 150 THB, selection of signature cocktails; small menue, but more food from the restaurant can be ordered at the pool) - Great location (beautiful beach in front of the hotel, great beach bars - i.a. Chang Bar - nearby, with less expensive food and drinks) - Everybody is very nice and friendly - one of the best breakfasts I had in Thailand (noodle soup, thai dishes, egg benedict Tom Yam style, various breads, cakes, biscuits and donuts, dim sum, fresh fruits including mango etc.)

I think that the rooms and pools need some fresh paint as I noticed that things were starting to show some wear and tear. As well, it's so frustrating that all the pool/beach chairs are claimed before 8am and it's impossible to get ocean view lounge chairs without getting up super early. I think that this practice of claiming chairs but not sitting on them for hours should not be allowed.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. The double beds were big and I had some great sleeps. I also love the different pool options and the great view of the beach. It is also in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants.
