I stayed here for four days and I really like the staff here. They are very dedicated and polite. One staff member named Nana in particular gave us a small cake when we arrived on the first day, which was great! ! Also, my friends and I like their bedding very much, they are very comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pattaya. Every staff member is extremely nice and kind. thank you all🤭🤭

Regrettably, I found the hotel TV channels to be rather uninspiring. In my opinion, a more diverse range of interesting and attractive channels could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Perhaps, considering the tastes and preferences of a varied clientele, selecting channels that cater to a wider audience would be beneficial. I understand that providing entertainment options that cater to everyone's preferences can be a challenge, but I believe a more thoughtful selection of channels could significantly improve the guests' stay and satisfaction levels.

- The hotel is located in a small alley, not exactly super close to anything. - Not a lot of parking. - No welcoming or concierge services upon arrival. - TV channel is very limited to mostly Chinese-language media and news reports. - Not beachfront but walkable.

Medium-size hotel, relatively close to the beach, Big C, and Terminal 21. It is, however, situated in quite a small alley with not a lot of parking. Staff were smiley, check-in was swift, but don't expect any concierge service upon arrival. The room was pretty spacious with lots of amenities (including cooking stove, washer-dryer machine, fridge, microwave, sink, etc), and the bathroom was well-equipped. The mattress was a bit too soft, but it was comfortable enough for the night. We liked that the deco was modern and relatively new. There is a Seven-Eleven just a few steps away.

The stained carpets in the hall ways, walking to the room I thought walking room and thought if this is the quality of the hotel I am gong to be very sad with my stay, but opening the room door I was very pleased, but you have to do some thing with the carpet in the hall ways. A little bit out of the way

I do not eat pork and I eat only halal. The breakfast buffet includes too much meat, so that was a little bit trouble for me. Also the walking corridor until reaching the room has no AC, so it felt suffocating while going to the room from the elevator.

When we checked out, the staff asked “we didn’t find slippers inside the room, did you take them?”. Turned out she messed up our room number. It was quite rude and she didn’t even apologise for that.
