Breakfast was poor and limited for westerners. It's always nice to eat local options, but should have more choices. Also, coffee was not great, no milks available and no natural juice (the so called available "orange juice" was a medicine-tasting softdrink).

Everything! The hotel is very well located for moving around Jeddah. It's a little off the main roads, so in a quiet environment. The hotel is new, well appointed, the room facilities are very good and the service is excellent. Bonus: there's a cute coffee shop right outside the hotel.

I was really missing the shower head from the bathroom, the one you can hold in your hand, they only had the one in the ceiling The parfume/spray in the room with a bit strong for my taste I believe there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a coffee in the same building and it seems to be very popular especially in the evening.

Very kind staff Clean and modern room New hotel, less than 6 months old Location is halfway between the airport-Al Balad/Corniche/Red Sea Mall, but you need to take a taxi or Über everywhere anyway The drinks, dates and pastries are a very nice touch in the lobby area There is pharmacy and a big supermarket nearby, but if you want to walk there, you need to cross a very busy road.
