For a hotel of this standard, it would be great to include plunger coffee in the rooms and real milk (rather than instant coffee and milk powder). Even coffee bags would be better than instant. No porters either which was surprising. A small thing but I found the door to the bathroom very heavy to open and as it closed automatically, could not be left open. Found myself dreading going to the bathroom!

Walking distance from Central train station and easy access to trams, this beautiful, original 1913 hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the room is well appointed. Enjoyed the downstairs sauna and small but functional gym. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection.

The wash cloths were not replaced and the coffee was not labeled as caffeine or decaffeined.

Located in the heart of Warsaw, a short walk from the train station and museums. At the center of local transportation. The breakfast was superior and the wait staff was prompt and courteous. There was a #175 bus to the airport that stops every 20 minutes, across the street.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable for me, but that’s subjective. Drink voucher is a joke, choice is minimal and it just serves to lure you into the bar to consume. If you dislike soccer, the bar isn’t for you anyway.

There was nothing not to like.

The hotel has a quiet sophistication which I find relaxing. The staff was extremely courteous and we loved our lodging. Our suite was tastefully furnished and had everything a person could want including a tremendous amount of storage which would work well for one on a lengthy visit.

I was surprised that there was no proper shampoo and conditioner - what they provide is no good for hair. There were no facecloths. I would not recommend the courtyard view - it makes the room gloomy.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of everything and close to tourist locations, the metro, tram lines, and the mall. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable, adequately sized and very quiet. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel had a good ambience and seemed well maintained. Excellent position for easy access from the airport and for exploring Warsaw in general.

A card was needed to gain access to the room and also for electricity to be connected within the room. Some guests struggled in the lift to get their cards out on time before it reached their floor.

The hotel is very centrally located right on the square when the Palace of Culture is located. I had a great view from my room. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although my room overlooked the main street, it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast had a great selection and it was served in a very pleasant dining area on the ground floor.

Price of the wine! Expensive!

Quiet room with air conditioner. Safe. Large wardrobe and plenty of storage for our cases. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Comfy beds. Good location. Within walking distance to Warsaw Central station (trains and buses).

Our room was very comfortably appointed and we were very impressed by how our room was perfectly quiet (especially with a small conference event going on!), with lots of lighting options so that we never felt like it was too dark, or that if one of us wanted to read that we would disturb the other. Its central location made it very easy to coordinate both arrivals and departures (major coach and train stations are just a couple blocks away, and many bus lines also run through the immediate area) while its location made many attractions reachable on foot. The staff we interacted with were very attentive and helpful, and overall I think it represents excellent value for the price.

Everything was great!

Great location and close to public transportation. The room was beautiful with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff was kind and accommodating. Room service was delicious and delivered quickly. Breakfast included lots of choices. Highly recommended!
