Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room 109 had an issue with the water pipes making a constant noise through the night. We were dead tired so we managed to sleep however it could be an issue for some people. The reception staff is friendly so I'm positive that if we wanted we could have changed the room.
Location is perfect for catching an early flight in the morning or for late arrivals in the evening. Breakfast is outstanding comparing the price paid and the level of the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin
The desk staff were incredibly helpful. We had a late night cancelled flight and were extememly accommodating and helpful the following morning to help us make our way to a new airport

Poor breakfast or maybe we got there late. Small bed as for 2 people.

The airco made noise when off. Neighbour room connected with a door, which passes more sound than normally should.
Close to the airport with very good on time shuttle service. Friendly and helpfull staff, good service.

I didn't like at all the fact that we had to pay 25 PLN for the hotel parking as hotel guests. This is not about the (insignificant) amount. This is about the approach to guests, surprised at a place by such a fact. This is the first hotel I have stayed in my life which bills its guests for the hotel parking. I understand that the parking is used by charter flight passengers as long-term parking, and presents an important source of revenue for the hotel, but we were not in the same category of 'users'.
Close to the airport, easy to get, perfect for a one-night stay after late night arrival. Very clean, silent, and quite comfortable room. Very nice staff and great coffee in the morning.

The room was tiny. It's good for one guest, maybe two, but very difficult for a couple with 2 kids and several suitcases.
Easy to get to the hotel. Very responsive staff that allowed us to store kids' car chairs in the storage room. Shuttle from the airport.

They offered airport shuttle within 20 PLN cost and can be ordered at any time you need. Really good option for airport passengeres! Their restaurant/bar were opened until 9pm in the middle of the week.

In all the room and bathrom is clean. But there are some corners with dirt in the bathroom. New shower faucet is necessary.
Short distance to the airport. Hotel offers a shuttlebus within some minutes your're at the airport.

There were bugs in the room... be aware there is a siren from the airport at night. Might be alarming for Ukrainians.... not too noisy though, shouldn't be much of a trouble.
Good value for money, we took it overnight to jump on a flight early in the morning.

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bed. It was way too small for two people, I cannot imagine staying there longer than just one night.
The room was nice and clean. The hotel is close to the airport (25 minutes walk)

Water-draining system in the bathroom is a little bit disturbing, and the sound-proofing insulation here isn't really satisfying for me. Other than that, everything is good.
Receptionist here are all very kind and helpful! I would particularly thank receptionist who work at night on 20.09.2022. As a foreigner who isn't capable of speaking Polish and knows nothing about Poland, I really appreciate her patience and assistance.
