Only issue was the trundle-style bed in our family suite. Was hoping for a dedicated single bed.

There was nothing we disliked.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We arrived before check-in time, but they offered to sign us up for their loyalty program and offered to check us in early with our new membership. My wife ended up with the flu during our short stay, but the management offered to expend our checkout from noon to 6pm for a small fee, which made all the difference.

There was nothing really to dislike! Only thing was was that we were next to the road which was quite noisy in the mornings, however we always sleep with the windows open anyway so I would just advise that if you don’t like noise in the morning keep the windows shut!!

Lovely, stylish hotel with fantastic rooms that were light and spacious. Bed was super comfy, shower was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect (literally 2 buildings down from the metro which takes you directly to central in about 10 mins).

We didn't reserve breakfast since it was on a more expensive side; just got stuff from the nearby supermarket and made our coffees from the machine provided in the room.

The hotel is in a great location with the metro station, small supermarket and a very nice food court just steps away from the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a nice restful stay for 2 nights just several minutes away from the central metro/ train station. I would stay there again if I will have a change to visit wonderful Amsterdam again!

These are minor things and we loved the hotel! Just some things to be aware of. The check in is at 3 PM which is a bit later than I am used to. We wanted to check in one hour early (at 2 PM) but it was not possible without registration for the hotel club which is free so we did it. However we were the only ones from 4 groups who had their room ready so keep in mind that check in is really at 3 PM and not earlier. It would be great to have some basic hygienic things like ear cotton swabs at the bathroom. This hotel has only soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Breakfast was magnificent. There was everything I wanted to see and more. Lots of fruits (even strawberries), English breakfast, great cheeses, ham, pancakes, pastries and you could even prepare yourself a mimosa. Cups for coffee and tea to go were available. Always enough food and always free seats. Our room was at the end of 7th floor and we could watch sunset from bed. Totally amazing! Also the best matrass and pillows I ever had at a hotel. Hotel is located directly at Noord metro station. It is great if you have for example the I Amsterdam card and you don't have to worry about taking a metro for a few stations. Amsterdam central station is 2 long stops away. Without this card you have to buy ticket for 1 hour for 3.40 EUR to get to the center (this is the cheapest ticket available). If you want to walk it is 3 km mostly through park to get to the border of city center. We were really happy with the location as we had the card so we travelled to the station closest to where we wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly especially at the breakfast and bar area. They were all very helpful.

Not much to say, maybe the A/C could have been better but was comfortable to sleep in

The location is great to get into the city, train station around the corner which takes you into central in around 10mins. Has a food court with loads of options, especially for veggies/vegans. Got a supermarket just opposite the station for snacks and other items. Felt safe and secure around the area would recommend to others for sure, especially if you want to try something different from the centre.

The location is great, you can reach the central in 10 minutes from your room. Very clean, breakfast was great, the room was great with nice bed and omg the soup and the shampoo is something else (I bought at home myself :)) And of course, was quiet, which is mandatory after you walk like 20km per day. Couldn’t fault the hotel or facilities, absolutely spotless and has a great atmosphere. Loved the quirky theme in the rooms. Have already recommended to a number of people asking about visiting Amsterdam! We liked being just out of the Centre of Amsterdam but close enough to jump the metro for a quick journey there.

There was a noise coming from the air vent, which was quite loud during the night even with the air conditioning off. Also some slippers would have been amazing because the floor was quite cold, especially in the bathroom

Just wow! Let's start with the location: it might look "far from the city", but the new metro line zips you to all key locations in just a few minutes. And if you enjoy biking, the centre is also very close. That aside, the new building is amazing, and we loved the breakfast. But the icing on the cake? The staff. Yannick & his team went beyond the call of duty to make me and my two kids feel welcome, and made sure any problems were sorted out immediately. I can't recommend this place enough!

Lobby was dark and rooms were dimly lit. The most frustrating thing was the auto light above the room’s coffee station that only stayed on for seconds - not long enough by far to prepare a cup of coffee or tea on a dark morning while husband was sleeping.

We had enough room, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee and tea station that was replenished daily. Shower was big and drained properly with personal products provided. All staff was helpful and ordered a taxi for our trip to airport. LOVED the super short walk to and from the new Metro station - we got every where we wanted to go in a matter of minutes! Grocery store by the station and a food court in the station with a number of choices.

Very boring breakfast. Front desk staff great, restaurant staff very average. And above all, the quality of the hotel bar. In the evening you can only have pizza for your meal. And the drink menu was - gin and tonic or gin and tonic. It's a completely missed opportunity, because the environment of the whole bar is beautiful and I can imagine spending a great evening here in Amsterdam. What's missing is a quality manager who will have the willingness and will to make the whole restaurant living.
