The floor inside the room was not clean after previous guests. No A/C inside the rooms. The bathtub needs to be cleaned of calcium residue. Bar had a limited number of cocktails to choose from. The room price was a bit crazy, in my opinion, but all hotels in a neighborhood have the same or even a higher price.

Super friendly staff, inc the manager. The breakfast was very, very good and plenty to choose from. Tesla destination charger on the parking. The swimming pool section seemed brand new and was very clean.

Due to the fact that the hotel has been for a long time, some things are a bit outdated, like bathroom, it is just the looks. Toilet was to close to the wall, even a short person like me had to adapt.

Parking area was big enough and even closed for outsiders. The swimming pool and sauna was great. We as parents enjoyed as well. The room size was good enough. I asked for a hard pillow and was delivered in my room. My daughter also got a nice gift, so I notice a lot of care for kids. The location is nice and not so far from Maastricht and easy to find.

We found that you could hear the noise of others arriving and leaving, so soundproofing not so great.

Lovely grounds with lots of shade and plenty of parking. Close to the centre of town. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Windows can be opened wide.

There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms. It was very very hot and unpleasant to sleep at night.

Location is great you are within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is really good also and the hotel itself is very cute. The beds were super comfortable and very soft. I have never slept in a bed like that in a hotel!

The reception is to dark, you can't see the receptionist. The locatie looks dated.

Our family room was very small. With the sofa bed extended, there was no room to walk around. The bathroom was tiny. The pictures on the hotel website made the rooms and especially the bathrooms appear large, renovated and modern, but in person, ours was nothing like the photos. So, that was disappointing. The carpeting definitely should be removed. However, none of these things would cause me to not recommend the property.

The location and atmosphere of the common areas of the hotel property is very nice. Private, off street parking was convenient. The pool is practically brand new and the hotel provides a lot of common area (indoor and outdoor) space to relax. Food at the on-site restaurant was very good.

The room ruined the entire experience - the lock on the door would not close properly and if you gave the door a slight push, it would go open (we discovered it when checking whether we locked the door the first time we were leaving the room). Given that the hotel is quite big and seems to be having almost 100% occupancy, there was always a big crowd passing through the front door - at that point it was obvious that it was not possible to control who entered the premises and if the door of your room can't be properly locked, you instantly do not feel safe - at least that was the case for me. The room (and the bathroom) looked like they would appreciate some renovation. Every slightest noise in the hallway could be heard - we were woken up every morning around 6 am by other guests opening/closing their doors. It was definitely not worth the price, would not stay here again.

Breakfast was decent and if you came a bit earlier you got a better choice of it; it included fresh fruit, a variety of bread, cheeses, charcuterie, muesli, yoghurt etc, scrambled eggs, ham, hard-boiled eggs, choice of jams, etc. Location was great. The hotel had free private parking, which was great. We were greeted by a friendly staff-member on the reception. The fact that the reception is open 24/7 is a huge bonus point.

I was not able to sleep at all- bed was too soft that I felt like I was drowning in it. The pillows felt like mix of old foams. The linen did not smell fresh. It defied the purpose of having a booked hotel where sleep was not possible. I told the receptionist that we missed breakfast because we were not able to sleep and had a bad morning and tried to nap before checking out. The lady did not express any interest with our bad experience.
