Nothing to say here. I have shared the address with many and if I will be staying in Amsterdam again, it will be there.

The staff were attentive and wonderfully friendly. They had great advice and were eager to help us to make our stay amazing. The building is clean and cozy. The room was spacious, minimalist, clean and felt like home. It is a home. And you are staying with caring ‘family’. The lounge was fresh and inviting. The label of ‘family run’ is absolutely so! Oh and the neighborhood was also pleasant, friendly and family oriented with children playing and students out and about. (Made me think of Sesame Street 🤗).

Well, there isn't much to dislike, however, I would have liked it more, if the coffee on the bottom floor was free, like I saw in another hotel, with fewer stars.

The hotel's location is far enough not to catch the loud streets at night, but near to walk everywhere. The owners have lots of tiny little attention that makes you feel welcome.

The carpeted floor and the fabric of the bed as well as the matresses are a bit worn out and should be renewed at times. The bathroom, however, was pretty new and extremely comfortable.

Perfectly located to visit the most beautiful areas of the city, nice and cozy hotel with family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable all the time. We had a big room, which was quiet also at night.

Great location, lovely family run hotel. Comfortable rooms, small seating area for hanging out, well-decorated and apportioned. Possible to walk to old town center - cafes and restaurants not far away. Close to Rijksmusuem and metro station. Would be great if they offered breakfast... that was the only thing missing.

No major dislikes. If we ever return to Amsterdam again would attempt to stay here (and in this room) again. However, we can see that weather plays a large role in satisfaction. If, in some future trip, we were confined to the room for 2-3 days because of cold/heavy rain we can see that we would be somewhat less satisfied because of lack of things such as in-room fridge or microwave. In such a case, we would have to dress for the outside, go across the street and down to the office, get food from the fridge, and prepare and eat it in the space they have available there. Not quite as convenient.

Location,- an easy walk (even for two older people using canes) to the hop on/off bus/boat (which we utilized every day of our stay here - more expensive then trams, but we didn't have to spend time learning the tram/bus routes) Rijksmuseum/Van Gogh museum, Pancake house, other local restaurants and stores. Quiet street, even on the King's birthday holiday. We stayed on the ground floor of the annex, across from and a few doors down from the office. Would have utilized back patio if weather had been warmer. Staff friendly and helpful. Were able to utilize fridge at office to store food items.

Location was very accessible— literally a block away from the metro and train stations. Room was very clean— even the towels smell so nice. Staff were so nice— helped me with directions and nice banter

The only defect is the noise from the other rooms and mainly for the shower

Very clean and pleasant. Located in a quiet neighborhood but with many restaurants around. Metro and tram stations at 100m. Albert Heinj supermarket at 100m. There is no breakfast available but you can use the facilites to prepare your own. Totallly recommendable
