The bathroom is spacious, however there is absent of the air ventilation in the toilet. Make us felt a bit uncomfortable with the smell after using the toilet.

The staffs are friendly and easily to get in touch with. Very cooperative and kind.

A lot of leaking and waterproofing issues around the building (not the main hotel building), from leaking ceiling in the hall way, to bathroom water seeping through walls on both inside of the room as well as outside of room as can be seen from peeling paint on the lower part of the walls. So for a newly refurbished room, everything from 2ft up looks nice and pleasant, but not below. Pool could be better cleaned - lots of leaves and dead insects on the sides (bees, dragonflies, beetles, even noticed a small tree frog!). For the most part of the pool, especially on the deeper end (5ft), it's not too bad. It could also be better maintained (lots of broken pool grating, nail on the floor next to changing room that looks like it's being repaired, chipped/broken/dated wooden bridge connecting main pool and the kids' pool, rusted metal and its stain marks in various places). Parking for those saying at the garden/triple rooms are not in designated spots. Basically just anywhere on the side of the small pathway leading towards the building away from the main hotel building/parking area. It's very close to the room, which is good and still within hotel vicinity, but unsure how safe considering there's an apartment just next to it that someone can just hop across.

Price of room and food (breakfast buffet and lunch value meal set) was very reasonable. Triple pool room is newly refurbished with clean new toilet, and just steps away from the pool. Pool is huge with a few slides to keep the kids entertained. Generally it looks like they're working to improve the place, but still a lot of work to be done.

creepy car parking location and creates a sense of insecurity. There are some situations where the counter workers are not at the location when needed. The parking area also has holes and is not well maintained.

I found that the keetle was not cleaned when I first entered the room. There was water in the keetle from previous guest i guess. Also no bath gel, tissue provided during my first day. On my third day, airconditioning not function well, it is hot. We slept uncomfortably during that night.

The room is spacious. Location is strategic. The rate is reasonable.

Room have funny musty smell but managed to overcome with fragrance spray. Breakfast was decent, not so luxury especially the coffee.

Helpful staff from the front desk till housekeeping. Room was big. Good value of money.

The property was not very well maintained. The pool was dirty and the water slides didn’t look like they had been used for a while! Wouldn’t mind staying again though.

The location was great, close to city but still quiet and peaceful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked like they were recently refurbished and it was a comfortable stay.

- pillow not very comfy - housekeeping didn’t do a good job. Previous occupant left their clothes in the cupboard and cups were not washed - room dinning closed at 11.30pm.(suppose to end at 12) - no one helped with the luggages have to struggle alone.

Toilet floor alot of stains. Lobby no enough seat. Trainee at reception unable to check in properly and even try to offer me other type of downgrade room.

Grocery shop available for snack. Lounge cafe provide reasonable price set lunch. Clean room and nice built in furniture. Concierge uncle very friendly.

Night time it's a bit spooky. The lighting at my floor all the way looks dull.its an old resort so need for refurbish again. Especially paint. The smell of the floor..room is not healthy.
