Including USB power points to recharge phones and tables would be a big plus. Especially for overseas travelers that lack a Japanese power adapter

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a grear location, just a 3-minute walk from Yokohama Station, made it quite convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants and shops, adding to the overall experience. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were super friendly and available at all times. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Japan.

Sharing of washing machines is challenging, and have to keep timing ourselves even middle of the night at 2.30am to collect them. And our laundries were still damp & wet.

Not like the free drink on the checked-in day, not sure why it is only filled in 1/3 of the glass. Will it be a standard compliment for all type of guests, just wondered.

Excellent location, shops, restaurants, around. Many choices/types of restaurants in walking distances. Shopping malls are around, closed up to the JR Main stations, very very convenient.

The fact they have a large A0 sign as you walk in saying 20% discount at Smokehouse Restaurant downstairs at dinner.... We had a greta dinner and looked after and we went to town.... spending 25000 yen and asking about the discount to be told sorry they won't do that. Really crap way to finish our stay

Bathroom was slightly small but that's close to nitpicking.

Hotel was clean and felt new. About 10 minutes from Yokohama station. In my case, It was very close to the concert venue (K-Arena)I was going to so that was very helpful.

Everything was great and I would stay again.

Location is great - short walk to Yokohama Station which made getting there and getting around easier. Our family twin was huge and had a great desk space to do a little work. Room under beds for luggage was handy. There is a good large supermarket behind the hotel which made buying snacks and breakfast supplies easy. The hotel bar was a comfortable place to grab a drink and had a happy hour with 500yen drinks each afternoon. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Yokohama itself is a fabulous city for a few days as a change from Tokyo. We really enjoyed it.

1. Thought the bar tables and stools were too close to the elevators which may or may not be comfortable for some guests

1. Had a really helpful staff that allowed us to check-in a bit earlier as the room was ready. Very thankful for that. 2. Hotel was close to station, supermarket and convenience stores. 3. Room was cosy, yet big to accommodate a family of four comfortably

Toilet was a bit old, and bathtub seems like almost breaking. I booked a room with two large twin beds for 2 adults 1 child, and never request for extra bed as I know it’s sufficient for 3 of us. So during the check in most people arrives later than me they got their room and front desk keep asking us to wait. So we left the luggage and come back to check in later. After dinner around 8pm I went back to front desk to check in and they said I have to pay for extra bed. They are not very well converse in English so they asked me to WAIT again because they’ve set up an extra bed for me which I never asked for. This was the last hotel for my trip and I was really looking forward to stay in this place. However it was quite a disappointing one to have such conflicts with the front desk.

Like the location, very close to Yokohama train station , shopping and eateries. Room was spacious, enough amenities and coffee and tea.

Defimitely worth getting the twin for space. Nice downstairs coffee shop and staff were helpful on check in and check out.
