There was no face-face interaction with staff. This was not an issue, but it is always nice to meet the people that you are staying with. It also would have been nice to have a later check out (they request you leave by 09:30).

Fairly good location. About 10mins walk from the train station and almost reachable by blue line bus 😊 Place is sparkly clean and comfortable. All in good condition. We really enjoy the design and how the furnitures are placed. Pleasing. Complete amenities and facility. Hope we'd stay a little bit longer.

The property should have made the futon bed for the number of people booked. I had to go up the loft and do it myself in the cramped area. It only fit 2 futon on the loft.

The room is thoughtfully designed. Kids are excepted with the loft. You can find all your need at the property.

Nothing that I did not like. Rather, I would say it's recommendation. It would be better if the room could have some USB port for charging.

The cabin room is well equipped with the necessary facilities. It is very clean and comfortable. We did self check-in where the key was placed in a password protected key locker. The check-in was pretty straightforward and simple. Along the street there were 2 drugstores which you could grab a lot of useful stuffs. The host was friendly and responsive to my text. It is about 8-10 mins by walking from the Kawaguchiko Station, which I think it's acceptable if you do not carry heavy luggage with you.

we always travel with kids, and my kids are so energetic, from 9pm you should be quiet. it’s very hard yo have kids at the trailer. also, the checkout time.. my 1st time to have that early.. its too early.. if they can arrange the checkout time until 11 am it’ll be wonderful..9:30am is too much

we were like “feel at home” with the trailer house.. so cute, we love the style.. i like the fact that it is near Fuji Q, and restaurants.. planning to stay again🥰

Since we rented a car at the airport, Station Villa Plaisir was easily accessible for us. It was pretty much located in central Fuji-Kawagchiko. Watanabe San provided accurate instructions for us to self check-in. The place was small but it was an exceptional and budget-friendly accommodation for a family of four staying for more than two days. If you are looking to vacation in Kawaguchiko and/or hike Mount Fuji without overspending, this place is great to lay your head down. Bonus points for cleanliness, amenities, a private bathroom and shower, washing machine, a loft for kids to sleep in, and most of all, it is centrally located and walking distance to convenience stores, malls, and restaurants. Domo arigato gozimasu, Watanabe san for the accommodation.

Nothing much, just there was no description about the heater on how to operate it, so we were not sure whether we were using it correctly.

Everything was smooth, from the booking, getting messages from the host about self check-in and after the check-out too. We left an item in the room after the check-out and after we asked about it, we immediately received a reply and have it posted to our home. We thank you for the excellent hospitality! The location is good and easy to spot, room is as per the description and nothing to complain about at all.

Some of the bed sheets were old and not as cleaned. Washing machine was dirty inside the drum. The top loft gets too hot and stuffy with heat mode on for air conditioning. A little far to walk from kawaguchiko station. One of the sofa bed's spring seems to be wearing off, not as comfortable to sleep on.

Easy check in process. Nice little place with a lot of facilities, including a rice cooker. Bell shopping centre is less than 5 mins, convenient store even closer.
