Amazing hotel,in a scyscrapper exactly in the centre of Tokyo,in the opposite side, 5 minutes fron the central station of Tokyo. Amazing room with beautiful amenities, even kimono to wear them inside the room as a pajamas. No words..

Maybe ease of access to microwave would be nice, but everything is perfect.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was above and beyond my expectations for 3 star hotel. Very clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very good, close to multiple train stations and very good restaurants. The neighborhood is also clean and pleasant to walk around.

Nothing negative to say about this hotel at all! During this trip I stayed in Tokyo three different times and each time I looked forward to coming back to this hotel.

This is a fantastic small hotel that was meticulously clean, with amazingly helpful staff. The location is perfect as it sits directly across the street from Tokyo Station. I came and went from Tokyo and the staff kindly held some of my luggage while I was traveling. The room had every amenity I could think of.

Excellent location - less than 10 minutes walk from the main Tokyo train station. Quiet at night. Has a laundry where you can do your own washing. Rooms are small but works fine. Clean. Would definitely recommend.

Location was extremely convenient in terms of arriving from the airport and touring around the city. The room was also larger than I expected for Tokyo. Service was top notch, the hotel provided water and snacks every day as well which was very nice after all the walking we did all over the city.

The only hiccup I faced was the staff disallowing me to have a meal at the lobby after I had checked out - but they did propose a nearby alternative which worked out.

The location was 10/10 cause it was literally at Tokyo station which is super accessible and walking distance from a lot of attractions. I believe I got this hotel at a steal cause of the construction surrounding it; which made my room one without a view - a pity indeed.

easy check in, they even let us check in a bit early! very gracious and helpful staff; beautiful clean and spacious rooms equipped with lots of amenities; centrally located next to main Tokyo train station; they hold your bags after check out, if you wish to explore for a few hours longer

We loved our stay here! They provide everything you can think of and more. The room was also spacious which is rare to find in Japan. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the location is quite convenient if you’re traveling to other parts of Japan as it’s near the main Tokyo JR station.

Great location near the tokyo station. Shops and restaurants are near as well. All staff spoke English and was very helpful. Great room with all the needed amenities. Room was big and spacious.
