The staff was very polie, friendly, and very patient with me. But there was one of the staff I spoke to could't give me the information I wanted. I asked if I could take a airport limousine bus from the Royal Park Hotel. She was still very polite, but it would have been great if she knew it, since Royal Park Hotel is much closer to get to than Yokohama City Air Terminal.

I liked the location and the room which was nice and clean. The washing machine was really handy for me as I had a small child who costantly needs to have her clothes changed.

    Everything was superb.

The room size was much larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The rooms are really well designed and super quiet. The bath tub is divine...very deep and perfect for soaking after walking all day. The location is perfect. Close to trains and easy to walk everywhere. The mall is 2 blocks away and the 4th floor has great food. The bar is really nice and the staff were just wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank the bar staff for their kindness.

Fabulous hotel and a great stay

The entrance was not well signposted - you enter the building and have to go 20 floors up to the reception, which is easy enough in the lift, but it took me a bit of going around to find that entrance - now that I told you this, it should be fine. You pick your own amenities before you go to your room which is good on the whole, but not environmentally friendly as there could be so much plastic waste, especially toothbrushes. Hotels in Asia are kind to offer toothbrushes but they should charge for them in order to encourage people to bring their own. There are soaps in the room and shampoos.

Getting there: From the train stations - not just the shinkansen but also local ones - it's easily accessible, and the walk there takes you past a good few landmarks. The check-in hall is fabulous as you look out onto the harbour, and with good weather you can go outside and enjoy a lounge on the outside sofas. There's a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (on the pricey side but must be good experience to be so high up and have food with friends) There's a kettle in the bedroom with tea and instant coffee. Rooms are good, I had a great view over the city and in the end of Mount Fuji (it was cloudy) and overall that was a great asset to the room on that side of the building. The hotel is right next to the Yokohama Art museum, plus a shopping mall with many food options and shops, and then again next to the Landmark shops and food options. You won't go hungry here. The hotel has nice staffs, albeit not always very accommodating language wise, but this was a minor thing. They put up your luggage, help you out and are welcoming. There's a bar and a High tea area (I didn't use) and you can swim, but anyone with Olympic aspirations should know it's more a very large hang-around pool with two jacuzzis outside. All and all a very good hotel.

The staff were really friendly and they tried to help you. I asked to change my room as it was not like the photos that I booked via booking.com and they accepted it. The hotel itself was a new hotel (one year old) so everything was perfect and clean. The view was really nice both from the room and also the view of the lobby! The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, modern hotel designed to take in the views. Breakfast was wonderful - a buffet with a huge choice of japanese and western options The staff were so polite and helpful, booking us taxis and providing addresses written in Japanese for the taxi driver The cocktail bar is worth a visit (or two)! Lovely room with comfortable beds - really dark and quiet at night

i wish the executive corner rooms with the better view can accommodate at least an extra bed so 3 people can stay instead of 2 max. the room is huge so seems doable.

amazing hotel and is one of the best I've stayed at in the Kanto region. The view, bedrooms, facilities (especially the sky pool), location, food were great! I also love the fact that they have a nice bar, gym, and swimwear rental for the skypool. I will definitely stay again soon and recommend to family and friends!

A great business hotel that pretends to be a vacation hotel (spoiler: it's not).

The pool isn't really a pool.. we were very disappointment . It's more like a water feature, with 50cm depth (below the knee). Made especially for people to take their IG photos as if they're enjoying great time at the swimming pool, but the truth is - this is not a swimming pool. Also - they only open it from 15:00! All of the information is written on their website, true. But when a hotel shows off with pushing photos of 2 rooftop swimming pools, you don't read ALL the information about the water depth, as you expect to visit a hotel with actual swimming pools that you will actually be able to enjoy them, and this is far from truth.

New, clean, great location and great city view from the room! Staff we're friendly, and the restaurant was also great for lunch.
