SingaporeThe number of laundry machines were only 3 , so at peak hours there is going to be a queue to use it. Staff were helpful as well for those who left their laundry in the machine after it has finished, so that others may use it.
Fast and easy communication during check in. Amenities were avaliable for pickup at ground floor, so pick what you need Good choice of coffee avaliable as well. Short walk away from eating places and the metro stations (about 300-500m) 7-11 Family Mart and Lawson all within walking distance of hotel

So so location, about a 7 minutes walk from a train station. Lots of late night food offerings in the area. Small but clean and comfortable room. I accidentally handed an extra 10,000JPY bill when paying, the staff didn't notice at first and I thought I had just dropped the money. But, they were kind enough to notice the next morning and rectified the mistake upon check out.

It is surprised to see that there is a corner for self pick up disposable towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, tea, green tea pack, comb, shaver...etc. These totally reflect the hotel is very concern their tourists ' needs.I thick this is impressive for my memory when check in of this hotel.

MalaysiaA little off the grid of the cluster of hotels in Sakae (by 1-2 blocks) but no issues at all as the hotel is clean n nice.
the Hotel was new n rooms were clean. The staff was friendly n spoke English. All amenities are provided. Its about 3-4 blocks from Sakae (5-10mins walk). Its slightly off the grid from the Sakae main bus terminal (oasis 21) but once you get your bearings right (we had a map plus we used google) - its 15 mins walk or about 5 -6 blocks away. Just outside the hotel is a subwsy station which line passes to Nagoya main station . all very convenient once you get your bearings right 😀

Just down the road from the train station, a lot of bars and restaurants are in walking distance. There was a selection of free bits (toothbrush, wipes, face clothes, razors, shower caps, face cleanser, moisturizer etc). Rooms were decent size. TV had YouTube and phone mirror which is great for before bed. Bath was lovely and deep.

AustraliaFridge didn't work and had to throw out food. Level 2 noisy on road front and bathroom not cleaned very well. All the guests had to wait with no food or drink allowed inside to check in at 3pm on the dot when it was raining. Big rush at 3pm for heaps on arrivals. Would suggest the ability to check in earlier to ease congestion and allow travellers less waiting after long trips.

PhilippinesWe asked to have our rooms cleaned once, but they didn't come to clean it up. No problem though, it was a very minor concern.
Breakfast was so good - especially the fish. The only suggestion I had was maybe to introduce 1 new viand everyday :) But no worries, I really loved everything about my stay. The staff was so helpful, they even helped us find cabs. Really helpful.
