Breakfast keep repeating No fresh fruits, frozen

Breakfast is not good. We stay for 4 days. No change at all since the 1st day. Food still the same for 4 days. Fruits is frozen not fresh.

Small room.

The hotel was in a good location. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Yokohama, especially the cruise terminal. It was close to a train station so we could easily visit other parts of Tokyo. Good breakfast selection, clean and quiet room, although rather small. The staff was very friendly.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room and there are too many people in the hotel to just have two lifts.

Great location, easy access to fun parts of the city. Breakfast was fine, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Totally fine place to stay if you are exploring the city and don’t intend to spend much time at the hotel.

Street noise disruptive to sleep

The walls are too thin - I could hear people from all the sides walking, talking, slamming doors. Staff kindly agreed to change my room to a more quiet one, but I could still hear people in the hallways and the street noise outside the hotel even on the 14th floor. I couldn't sleep at all. Due to the noise I cannot give the best rate.

Staff is amazing. They have accommodated all of our requests and were very helpful during all our stay. I appreciate the effort. Also, I loved the smoothies during the breakfast. As a vegan, it's always hard for me to find food options in the hotels, but these smoothies is exactly why I chose Comfort hotels. The pillows are very comfy!

The rooms are too small (as is the case in all over Japan) BUT when you book a "double room", it should be sufficiently large to define the specification of the room. I prefer a room with two single beds or twin beds... The hotel may have a different policy regarding the same but we assume that a "twin room is provided" when booked for the same. Though I am a non-vegetarian, it is really sad that the breakfast choices for vegetarian is non-existent. The staff fails to explain the kind of meat being served. This is a big negative. The place needs renovation.

The Hotel is near Kannai Station of Yokohama Metro line and JR line. You have places of interest nearby... almost a short walk away. The hotel is easy to locate and cordial staff members.

The sink in the bathroom was super low, I had to bend down to wash my face which was very uncomfortable.

The location is great. The bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast has various options and was delicious and considered very healthy. We loved the breakfast very much. We would definitely book this hotel again.

The room and the bathroom were quite small, making it very difficult to store our suitcases. Stepping into the bathtub is dangerous for older guests and younger guests as the tub is high.

Beds and pillow were very comfortable. The location was quiet and the laundry room was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very good and the staff was very friendly and nice.

Location - convenient to JR and subway stations, countless restaurants and bars, convenience stores. The hotel has a small library of books about Yokohama.

I understand that they don’t have a lobby, but they also don’t have enough chairs to seat while waiting for checking in. It was good that we only have to wait 15 minutes until check in. That short time we can bear standing while waiting. And also not really satisfied with the amenities. And the room pajama is on the first floor.

The room is a bit spacious compare to other hotels. The breakfast menu is fair enough.
