The one and only complaint was the cleanliness of the carpet in our room. That could have been cleaner.

Very friendly proprietor. Room had plenty of space and was comfortable. The breakfast was well prepared and served. They were responsive to our likes. Historic property right in the middle of this amazingly historic and pretty city. It was a very short walk to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Goslar. We appreciated the private parking on the property. The room was cleaned and serviced promptly daily.

location was perfect. The hotel is near the city center so we literally felt like we were in a heart of a town. Place was relaxed and calm.

The room a bit dated, being on the ground floor (with carpeting) made it feel dark. Nice bathroom though. The breakfast very basic.

Perfect location, very close to the market square. Also nice walking area, for dogs, along the city walls. The lady of the house very welcoming and helpful. Charming house with many nooks and crannies. Parking was no problem.

Breakfast is quite simple. Enough but simple.

Literally 50 metres from the market square. Many attractions and restaurants nearby. Big room. Parking for 2 EUR per day. Best of all is the host, though. Frau Schmit, a sweet, sweet elderly woman 🙂.

Our ground floor room had light curtains so sleep in mid-summer was more of a challenge than a well blacked out room.

Good breakfast served by the host. This guesthouse is a stone's throw from the splendid market place. Great location to walk around the narrow streets and take in views of this astoundingly well preserved old town. The nearby riverside walk is a delight. We enjoyed a visit to the nearby Rammelsberg mine using our free bus tickets.

The breakfast could be better. Bread with ham, boiled egg and cheese combined with coffee/tea is a valid breakfast but not a really good one. I miss fruit, greens and dairy products. Maybe a buffet could be set up with these things?

A right place to stay in a town like a fairy tale, historical building few steps from the market square, run by a lovely old lady. I appreciated everything – a smile of the owner, fresh and nicely served breakfast, and beautiful architectural details of this and many other buildings in amazing Goslar. Thank you 😊

We had a large one bedroom with separate living room, lovely. Perfect location, two minute walk to the old town center. Nice public parking lot behind building with free parking at night. Very helpful woman to show you your room and serve breakfast. We will always stay here if we return to this area.

Beautiful building, apartment in pretty inner courtyard. Excellent location! Owner Mrs Schmitz was so nice!! She has run the place for 40+ years Well equipped kitchen area, very clean, good shower and comfortable beds.

Shower door a bit broken, mattress and pillow not very comfy, but ok, breakfast very basic.

The breakfast was basic.

Right in the centre of the old city. Close to everything. Only a short 10 min walk to the railway station. Our room was in the attic, we had no problems with the stairs.
