The hotel was busy at the time we stayed. This made the breakfast experiece quite poor. The beakfast choice was litmited. We stayed for 4 nights, we didn;t feel the warmness from this hotel like we had from other hotels in China.

The hotel is situated in a good location, near the metro station. The room space that we stayed was good for two people. The bed was confortabe also. The staffs in the Concierge were nice and helpful.

Our room was near lift lobby but it can be a little noisy. We liked it anyway.

Stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was same for 5 days. Location was good for Metro. Shopping got boring after 2 nights. Concierge services were super. It's manager was exceptionally attentive to our needs. Wait staff at dining hall was good too. Room aircon was erratic. Mostly not cold enough. Shower water pressure is too low for a comfortable wash.

Hotel is a bit old. Toiletries supply could be better to compensate this weakness and create more interesting to hotel if renovation is hard to be done. The smell of shower gel can be improved. Recommend a nice aroma, refreshing scent, as Xiamen weather is a bit hot.

All staffs are friendly, service mined, and helpful. Some speak good english, some cannot but eager to help. The location is good, right at the metro. The variety of breakfast is OK. They refill 2 bottles of water everyday. Location also right at a convenience store. Our family of 9 people with senior (75 y/o up for 5 people) find it convenience to stay here.

It’s a little dated now inside - the accommodation rooms could now do with a refurb - rooms at the rear look directly on to private flats which don’t look too nice to view

Overall its good except for we should be more alert when in china no applications that we used to have like utube, whatsapp,etc. The kids having problem because they feel bored in the hotel.perhaps the hotel can provide internetional chanels esp for the kids entertainment.

The room was very nice but it smelled tobacco every time we entered the room. People don't respect that you can't smoke in the rooms. Every time we entered we put a little perfume in the air and the smell disappeared. BUT ... we didn't ask to change room, because if we asked, for sure they would chance for us!

Very good location for tourists, at the city center and near the Metro Station. The staff was very helpful despite speaking very little English. Phone translation always helps us!

Good location. MTR System Line 1 Zhenhai Rd station(1st station for Line 1) Exit 3A is just next to the hotel. Near Zhongshan road walking street. A lot of eatery around the areas. Breakfast is considered reasonably good for both of us as they are not too oily and salty. Reasonably good spreads of selections.
