Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsI stayed for 2 weeks, and the bed was not cleaned after a week so i removed the sheets myself. Also, the bathroom got new towels almost daily which is great, though, on the floor hairs etc were left after the room was cleaned multiple times.

MaltaThere was no shampoo, only the shampoo empty bottle. Maybe a shuttle service from the airport to be available in the evenings would be helpful, as taxi is expensive in the evening.
Is very close to airport, the staff are very nice and helpful, room was very clean, breakfast was very tasty and diversified and I liked the attention to details such as the option to have a soft pillow and a harder pillow. Additionally, I liked that there is the possibility to have lunch/dinner as a buffet.

The rooms are clean and comfortable The hotel pictures on booking.com or the hotel website really do not make it justice. The property is fairly new and very well maintained!

PortugalAlthough it was not an issue for me (I had a car), the shuttle services between the airport and the hotel were suspended due to the pandemic. If you count on it, you better check before booking.
The hotel is conveniently located at Santos Dumont road (SP-075) direction Campinas to Sorocaba. It is a very good choice if you are driving and need a base to spend a couple days in the region. The breakfast was very reasonable for this kind of hotel. There is a restaurant available in the hotel and others in a nearby mall.
