Rooms (especially bathrooms) need to be modernized could be also great to improve the pool area with a bar and little more animation

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old, they could get some renovation. On the first day the water in the shower was taking ages to get hot but it was solved on the next day. So not really a problem since it wasn’t a cold day. The first day I noticed the room was not so clean, I found some hair in the bathroom and in the room, probably from previous guests. But on the following days the room was really clean and I think it was an isolated case. Something that I’d like to warn the staff is that during my stay the reception called us early in the morning, waking us up about someone. Anyway it was the wrong room. They should be more careful, if I’m not expecting anyone, if I didn’t let the reception know I was expecting a visitor they shouldn’t call my room. Besides they should check if the person who showed up said the right number of the room and if the guest name matches with the person they are looking for. This problem could have been avoided easily.

Very good location. It’s located in a great area in Campinas. The room and the bathroom are spacious, the beds were comfy. Plenty of lifts going up and down so we didn’t have to wait long. The staff were great. Very helpful and polite. The hotel lobby is beautiful, just like the pool area.

Everything was great, the staff were amazing, just watch out for peak times during breakfast because if the hotel has good occupancy you might have to wait for a table

I stayed at the Melia for a month, the location is unbeatable, the hotel has a small gym and playground for kids. The pool is nice to relax or even exercise. The restaurant is OK, the food is not amazing but it is convenient and as I mentioned the location lends itself to walk to nearby restaurants.

The Hotel has a great location. Cambuí is a nice neighborhood with plenty of bakeries and good restaurants. The hotel staff is really nice. A special thanks to Mr. Matteus Tomaz for helping with the early breakfast before my run competition. The breakfast is delicious and the waitress really helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean!

I was taken back by staff at check-in. Wasn't friendly and welcoming to us.

This hotel is in the heart of Campinas and very tranquil area. This hotel has not gone through room renewal and is as originally build in the early 90's. Furniture and bathroom looked passed it's lifetime. However, rooms are clean and beds are very good.

Though the breakfast did come with a great variety and selection, there wasn't any changes during our 6-night stay. It'd be no problem for a short stay.

The room was very clean and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast was sufficient and comes with a great variety. The shower was very cold in the first couple of days of our staying, but it was great after that (we stayed for 6 nights). The mini bar was complmentary (but they almost charged us when we checked out. Need to be careful). Wifi very strong and we didn't encounter any trouble (with 4 devices in the room).
