The whole place was of great atmosphere and beautiful. The staff especially Adnan and Sheen were so helpful . They allowed us to stay also for extra time after checkout time.The experience was great and would repeat it definitely!

Floor could have been cleaner. I was charged $47 for early check in as my flight arrived at 5 am. A little expensive.

The noise from the nightclubs downstairs.Noone warned us in advance.Until 3am every morning.Avoid rooms on first floor as a result.Smoking rooms are on 1st & 3rd floors.If you don't like the smell of smoke,avoid these floors too.No steam room or Jacuzzi working unfortunately.Not much to do in the area itself.

Free wifi great.Bedrooms were spacious & very clean.Pool & gym were quiet.Staff are excellent.All so friendly & helpful.Reception staff very reliable -we booked an early morning wake up call & they rang bang on time. The food from downstairs restaurant very lovely.We ordered pizza & chips which was brought up to our room.Free shuttle bus to Dubai mall & La Mer beach daily.There is a supermarket few mins walk away.

Construction at the main road made it noisy early morning , shower tube got flooded & parking staff are too slow of approaching you & park your car even you waiting for longtime in a queue! you definitely need a car otherwise nothing nearby !

Aircon is a bit noisy. Must turn to Auto to minimise noise. Loud music from the bars downstairs.

Only thing we did not like is the housekeeping department which always messed up with the towels, some days they changed them, other days they would leave us only small towels. But they where always very polite.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was very big and comfortable with a nice view. Check-in and check-out procedure was fast and easy, by the very friendly receptionists Anita and Sravanti. The groom Biswas, was always very kind to us, helping us find a taxi and asking what we would visit every day. Breakfast was tasty, with a lot of options. There was a chef making eggs every day, his name is Ramesb and he is cooking the best omelet, and he even brings it at the table with a smile. The maitre, Micheal, was also very friendly and welcoming every day, trying to find us a nice table. I really recomend this hotel for vacation in Dubai. We had a really nice time.

I would welcome more proactive approach in case of helping to get a taxi. And please try to fall asleep when the disco music is playing loudly on 2nd floor under your room. Too noisy! Also I would welcome to drink coffee, tea, juice and other beverages not from plastic cup!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke fairly strongly and I did not ask to change rooms as I had heard another guest ask for the same thing during checkin and they had said they were full. I asked for help to get a taxi once, I first was told I should have booked their shuttle but I had not been told they had one, and they did order me a taxi, however it was a Careem (local Uber) and I had to pay cash at the end, which I did not know about and thought I could pay by card as with regular taxis. Not knowing that made it a bit of a pain.

It has nothing around it you will need a taxi for anything outside the hotel.

It's a very nice hotel and friendly staff. They help you with anything you need - we did however not eat any breakfast. We had dinner in the room which was really good service and food. Also a nice terrace and the rooms are really amazing with big comfy beds.
