The hotel’s restaurant was satisfactory but somewhat overpriced with average-tasting dishes. Additionally, I noticed a lack of staff presence in the hotel during the late evening hours around 10-11 PM.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a convenient location and high-quality accommodations. The rooms are nicely appointed, featuring top-quality amenities that enhanced my comfort. The staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, it was easy to secure a cab from the hotel, which was extremely convenient for getting around the city.

The breakfast was not very nice. We have stayed at a few hotels and always enjoyed the breakfast where we were not hungry during our site seeing. Unfortunately the breakfast was not enjoyed by my family especially my children.

From the staff to the location it was a very good stay. The room was nice and spacious for me and my kids and hotel was in a good location for the places I wanted to visit. They had an in house tour service that was really helpful as well.

Road work in front of the hotel and the basement parking was too narrow

Although there was ongoing roadwork near tor hotel which made commuting and parking in front of the hotel difficult, there was complete different atmosphere inside, very clean and well decor property

The room was great to say the least. It did not have a great view outside but the facilities and cleanliness was awesome. The breakfast options were varied across all days that we stayed there. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I had no issues at the property except there is a noise problem.I could hear traffic and loud music from the bar. There is also construction going on infront of the hotel which may add travel time to your local trips.

The property is nice and very clean.I loved my suite !!!

In addition to the hotel staff ,the guy organized the excursions such as safari and other tours,Abdullah was very professional and willing to highlight the details of your excursion. I should highly recommend him to you.

The room was so specious and clean as well.The staff was willing to help you any time.All of them were polite and friendly.To my mind ,its breakfast should be enhanced by more quality and fresh food.As well, the shower water should be warmer at night.

Breakfast is mostly indian food. There was a club on the ground floor and the music turned out quite loud at night.

We love the room but it's a bit noisy because of the ongoing construction in front of the property and you can hear the noise from the bar since we were at 1st floor only. Our AC fan is also a bit loud.

The bathroom could have been cleaned up a bit better. Very noisy as there were construction work outside as well as traffic. Lots of dust from that too on the balcony ,therefore we couldn't use it. We didn't like the breakfast buffet which consisted mainly of Indian food (curries, rotis, rice etc) which we aren't used to. Very few options for those who prefer different kind of food.

Reception staff was very nice and helpful, great customer service. Same at reservation desk, great staff (Abdullah) who helped us with taxi bookings as well as tours etc. We wanted to check in earlier due to a long flight and they accommodated us. They even upgraded us to a superior room which was very nice.
