On checking out hotel. The man at reception desk claimed the printer was broken. He send email receipt to me. He tried but I got all blank receipts. On requesting receipt from different person on the front desk. They only send me one room receipt. Called again 5 times. They didn't care. Last 2 times, I was extreme polite to explain that I called again because I really not got receipt. The front desk simply just hang up for me. So far, I still only have one room recieipt. What is going on there with the staff?

It is spotlessly clean in entire Hotel. The bed and linens high quality. Towels are bright white and not worn out at all. Breakfast was hot along with Coffee.
