"Porta Torre Suite" - Como lake is a delightful Open Space a few dozen steps from the historic center and close to the ancient Porta Torre, a splendid magnificent example of medieval military architecture. The apartment is on the second floor and is equipped with every accessory to make your stay unique and unforgettable. It also has the great luxury of having the availability of a private GARAGE, located a short distance from the structure, which will allow you to enjoy your holiday without worries, thus avoiding further daily expenses for parking in the city. We are pleased to report that we completed a renovation of the property 2 years ago. We are currently working on the renovation of the stairwell of the building. We want to reassure you that this process will not cause any discomfort in terms of noise or disturbance. The works in progress are mainly aimed at improving the aesthetic aspect of the building. Your comfort and preserving your rest is one of our main priorities as well as the attention to detail. We do our utmost to ensure that everything is always clean, tidy and impeccable. We want every guest to feel completely satisfied during their stay. This is why, in addition to the normal cleaning practices, we carry out a complete ozone sanitization of the rooms, to ensure the highest level of hygiene and tranquility. The loft is perfect for hosting 2 guests however we have recently introduced a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area, which will be available to accommodate a third person (only by reservation). It is important to note that this addition will result in a small reduction in space when the sofa is unfolded; it will be placed next to the existing bed. Furthermore, to ensure the safety of guests and the home, we inform you that there is a surveillance camera outside the entrance door. Guests must show their passport by their country of residence upon check-in and pay the municipal tourist tax in cash (3 euros per person per day)

The apartment is in the center a few meters away from the Tower that opens the way to the centre historic and pedestrian area. The area is very safe. Below the house is one of the main streets shopping with restaurants, bars and many shops as well as a bakery that produces delicious bread and desserts and a very convenient pharmacy for any eventuality (the latter activities are located right in our building!).
